Dr Maes and his staff are an amazing group of people. Dr. Maes is one of the kindest, most gentle dentists that I know. His dental technician is friendly and thorough in her work. All of his office staff are helpful and friendly. Very good dental care at South Hills Dental.

Ive been with South Hills Dental for at least a year. Before I went I would never smile and was really self conscious about my teeth. Now I smile every chance I can get. Dr Berry is a very compassionate dentist and cares for his patients. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff there also. Great office and I wish they all the dental offices were like them. Never had a problem with pain and the shots were painless. If you dont like the dentist you will like this office and the doctors. Everyone smiles and treats you like they have known you for years.

Experience was good although it was a long appt prep for a bridge. Only thing that could have been better is previous to appt to inform patient what to expect so patient is best prepared for appt. Example: eat breakfast, sleep & may have to have mouth open duration. Patient information previous to appt is important. Dentist & assistant did excellent job explaining what was coming up during appt.

My hygienist was warm, friendly, and personable. She made sure I was comfortable and understood what procedures she was performing. Everyone at this office from the front desk to the actually dentists are wonderful! I was struggling to find a dentist office that would see me for an emergency appointment for a suspected tooth infection. My previous dentist office said they no longer offered emergency visits. So I called around and the person I talked to on the phone was the most helpful and kind person of anyone else I'd talked to that day. They got me thay same day and I saw Dr. Sealey. I have some other dental work that needs done and she was great about going over a treatment plan with me and giving me several options to see what would work best for me financially. I then saw Dr. Berry for an extraction and even though we'd never met before, he made me feel like he's known me for years! Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and kind and very reassuring. I felt that I was in good hands the moment I walked in the office. Dr. Sealey and Dr. Berry were both amazing about answering every question I had and provided exceptional care. Dr. Berry even called layer the day after my extraction to check in amd make sure I was doing OK which I have never had any other dentist do and it was very appreciated. They really go above and beyond to take care of their patients.

The South Hills Dental team is terrific! From the front desk to the hygienists to the doctors...everyone is kind, compassionate, and caring. The doctors and hygienists listen and will discuss my concerns and treatment options. They are sensitive to financial considerations as we look at treatment plans (I don't have insurance). I appreciate the protocols they've put in place in response to the Covid-19 pandemic to keep patients and staff safe.
