Must say I was apprehensive about a tooth and root cleaning, but it went without a hitch. Jessica really had to work to get my super tarter off, but she did it without pain and with some humor...always makes it better.

Overall it was a good experience. There was a slight billing misunderstanding which i am being told will be resolved in my favor. Once that all is figured out i am more than happy to give them a 5 STAR review.

Not only is this office truly unclean, the staff - to include the dental techs and receptionists are not following the rules for Covid-19 procedures here in Montana. I had to ask the tech if she would put on a mask before working on my child. BEFORE TOUCHING MY CHILD'S MOUTH. She seemed frustrated that I asked and went to get a mask... They told me my child needed MORE work done but I felt so unsafe with their cleaning procedures that we opted to not return for the THIRD appointment. The new dentist looked at my child's records and confirmed the work would be unnecessary as it is on a loose baby tooth. I would not recommend this office if you are concerned with your health, or your pocketbook.

I've been going to Parkway for a few months now, and have seen both Dr Semrau and Dr Booth. Everyone there is always nice and friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I just finished the fourth and final visit for a series of restorations with Dr Booth. He was great to work with. Always fun and always checking if I'm ok and being considerate. He has even checked up on me, more than once, a few days after a visit! You can tell that he cares about helping people, and the work is solid too.
Dr Semrau handled a crown for me (my first) and he was just as friendly, caring and professional as Dr Booth and everyone else at Parkway. I'd recommend Parkway Family Dental to anyone!

SCAMMERS, DONT GO HERE. My husband had work done and we owed them like $8,000 for all the work that they did. A couple months ago my husbands tooth, a root canal was done on, broke off. I called and asked the dentist if he would be willing to take off a little bit of difference from what we owe because the tooth didn't last and we've paid down to 400. He didn't care about our needs and we never heard back about it. At first it seems like these people care but in the end they only care about the money. We've seen a different dentist since and he told us the tooth would have never lasted and we wasted the money on the root canal in the first place. And he would put the money we spent on the root canal towards other work. Which is only fair, I wish we would've gotten a second opinion before spending so much money on FAULTY DENTAL WORK. THAT'S ALL YOU'LL GET AT PARKWAY. We are very upset and will not recommend Dr Samaru to anyone. Very disappointed. And since then I just keep wondering what he charged us for that we could have lived without or did incorrectly. Terrible place to go. DO NOT GO HERE.
