This place is absolutely amazing! The staff are professional, kind, caring, and friendly. I have never felt so cared for as a patient in my life! Dr Rustemier explained everything in a way I could understand, he was thorough, kind, and even funny. My dental hygienist was the sweetest woman I’ve ever met. She kept me comfortable, was very informative & worked with me to suit my limited schedule. I give this place a 10 out of 10!!

The young lady that took care of me today was very kind and very friendly and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dentist office. She done an awesome job of explaining what she was doing and answering all of my questions. She also gave me a shot for numbing and it was completely pain free I didn’t even feel the shot for the numbing excellent job all the way around.

My son had his first "grown up" Appt at Parkway Family Dentist. I picked Parkway Dentist because it had great reviews and it was close to home instead of going to Johnson City. He can drive himself there without worries and get quality care.
Everybody was VERY nice from check-in to check out. They explained things thoroughly to him and gave great advice to help in his dental routines. He felt at ease and confident. The other reviews where spot on and I'm glad I sent my son to Parkway Dental.
I know I'm putting emphasis on my son transitioning from a pediatric dentist to a family dentist but that sets the stage for good dental practices and Parkway Family Dental just got a patient for many years to come. Thank you!

Top tier dentistry right here, everyone. I came from a different dentist that was rude and dismissive, so that left me pretty anxious about seeing a new dentist. The people in this office are caring, communicative, thorough and very professional. Super clean and well maintained! This was only my first appointment and was rather long comparitively. THERE IS A REASON!! I have never had a dentist more thoroughly examine my dental anatomy, including facial ligaments, tendons, muscles, and lymphatic check. Still more affordable than the last practice I was at. Oh, and BONUS!! They have one of the new cone CT scanners!!
This place is awesome. I highly recommend them and consider myself incredibly blessed to have found them!

I recently had my teeth cleaned and had a filling at Parkway Family Dental and had a wonderful experience both times! My hygienist, Renita, is incredibly sweet and caring! She took time to explain her procedures to me, ask me if I had any concerns, and walked me through her cleaning process as we went! I did have to make another appt after my cleaning to get a filling, but Dr. O'Malley did a wonderful job as well. Dr. O'Malley was very quick, but thorough, and made sure I was comfortable through the whole procedure. Her assistant David was so sweet, too! I've had a lot of dental anxiety in the past and the Parkway Family Dental crew make sure to keep you as comfortable as possible and has really eased my anxiety. I also love that they send text reminders for appointments, too! Thank you, Parkway Family Dental, for great experiences-- I'll be back for my next cleaning!

I feel so much better after they did not only because of the options, but also because the cost was not as bad as I had imagined.
