I've been to the office twice now and will return because I like my dentist, Rowan, and the other staff. If you're looking for a new dentist in Missoula, this is the office to go to. Five stars.

The entire staff makes a 'dentaphobe' feel a lot more comfortable while still maintaining their professionalism. Procedures and costs are fully explained beforehand. My dentist, Dr. Diggs, her assistants and my hygienist are all wonderful. I highly recommend Family Dental Group!

I had my final appointment in August 2020 due to moving out of state. Lisa is still the best Hygienist. Family Dental is the best in town.

I am very disappointed with the service and integrity of this office over the last few months. My husband and I have both been going to this practice for over a decade but over the last few months we have been very disappointed. We were told that a preventative service would be covered by our insurance, when we received the EOB from our insurance it was stated that the billed amount was higher than customary amount and was only approximately 50% covered. We would not have pursued this treatment at this time if we had known we would be responsible for such a large sum. When we called the office to ask if there was anything that could be done the receptionist was not helpful at all. We were kind and polite in asking for assistance and she simply hung up on us. We will never be returning here.

Been with them for about 5 years now. My wife and children are comfortable here. Exceptional service. Courteous Dentists, Hygenists and Staff. Will tell you what should be done now and what can wait. The extended hours and Saturdays are helpful.
