Family Dental Group

It was a great experience. The front desk staff person was a courteous young lady that helped me with paperwork before my appointment. I don’t remember her name but the technician who started to pick up shifts Friday-Sunday was awesome reviewing my appointment. Jake was the dentist who examined my gums. He answered all my questions with his personal insight, professionally. The reason I’m leaving a 4 star review is that I wish this office would accept Medicare.

Over a few days, I developed some pain that I thought might mean I had an abscess. I called the Family Dental Group because of a recommendation by a family member. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. The staff was very friendly and competent. Dr. Kate Diggs was very thorough, asking lots of questions to understand my problem. Subsequent testing indicated there were no problems with my teeth. She took the time to explain everything to me and suggest a course of action that I agreed with. Overall, I was very pleased with their office and concern for their patients.

Family Dental Group had been taking care of my teeth for a few years now and I tell everybody to go there.

I not only feel cared for when I get my teeth cleaned but also empowered to continue caring for my own oral health.

In my experience, they are honest in their recommendations and care; not always ambling for the upsell. The front desk employees are usually quite approachable.

My only issue has been that sometimes, as with everywhere lately, the response time regarding scheduling was slow. Still, highly recommend!

Staff is Friendly and explains charges so you understand. The dentist and tech were very caring about my needs, making me comfortable and relaxed. Explaining all processes as she did them. I will definitely give them a 10 out of 10 for service and caring about their customers.

I am a very happy patient of the Family Dentistry Group in Missoula. Dr Macy and the entire team are courteous, thorough, easy to communicate with and eager to make whatever they are doing comfortable for me. I am grateful to them for their ease in making appointments, for their follow through communications and for their pleasant reception from the minute I walk through the door. For me going to the dentist is not something that I look forward to, but as a patient at Family Dentistry most of my “dreads and worries” are no longer. I work for a retail chain that prides itself on customer service and doing the right thing, and I can tell Family Dental Group follows a very similar philosophy when it comes to patient care.

The dentists, assistants, and every other employee I’ve met there are all great folks. Friendly and fast service. They all know what they’re talking about, and they definitely want the best for their patients.

Their hours are great, too. I probably found them because I needed urgent care on a Saturday, and they helped me out in a jiffy.

I’m sure there are other great dental practices in Missoula, but I’m not going to bother looking, because I’ve always found myself smiling after having been treated at Family Dental Group.

I’ve been a patient of Annette’s for over 15 yrs. Her and all the staff at Family Dental have always treated me like family and look out for my dental needs every time I’m there. I actually like going to my dental appointments just to catch up with Annette and the staff like visiting extended family. They go out of their way to make me feel like home there. I won’t even be going anywhere else.

Dental care does not get any better than Annette Dusseau DDS and her team of dental practitioners. They are all so talented and skilled at what they do. I could never have imagined looking forward to dental visits, but I do. I always feel cared for when I leave, and if my visit has been with Annette, I also leave laughing!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jeniffer, a new dental hygienist at Family Dental Group, and her great sense of humor, compassion and efficient care were outstanding. I'm always impressed by the quality service and care at Family Dental. A big Thank You to the entire team!

I love Family Dental! The nicest people work there and they make every appointment as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be! Karen is my hygienist and she is gentle but thorough and friendly but professional.
