This is the best dental practice in town. The office staff are kind, professional, and on point when it comes to scheduling, billing, and checking patients in. I've had major reservations about visiting dentists in the past, Dr. Smith had completely changed that. From the first appointment for an emergency root canal, I've been impressed every time. He is efficient, professional, and genuinely caring. I've never felt judged, despite probably deserving harsh criticism, lol. I'm thankful to have found his practice and grateful that he is just as awesome with my two young children as he is with me. Glad my children will never be afraid of the dentist and are already asking when they get to go back.

I've had bad experience after bad experience with dentist. I haven't been to a dentist regularly for over 12 years. Dr. Ellingson is nothing short of amazing. My husband recommended them several times and I finally went to see him to get a second opinion on over $6,000 worth of work Aspen Dental wanted to do. Not only did I not need hardly anything they said, but Dr Ellingson was thorough in explaining why. I had 1 filing to repair on a tooth that had discolored due to a previous root canal and a new one to be done. I went in for a cleaning first and it was the most pleasant I've ever had. I didn't get jabbed in the gums, didn't feel judged for not taking the best care of my teeth, and felt like a person, not just another patient. When the time came for my filings he was great. I was numbed well with no feeling other than pressure. I was thrilled with the results. He managed to cover the discoloration and make the tooth more flush with the rest of them. I'm happy to smile now instead of trying to hide it. If your like me and have a serious distrust of dentist this is the office to restore your faith and get your dental hygiene back on track.

My family was very happy with the care received at this office. We scheduled a cleaning with x-rays. This office completed our cleanings gently and quickly. We were not pressed to pay for additional services. My son had dental cement still on a tooth from orthodontia which had been missed at another office (twice). The hygienist found it and cleaned it off in the first visit and my son was impressed and grateful because his mouth didn't hurt after the cleaning. We will return again and again.

I have always had great experiences when I have an appointment. From short wait times to exceptional staff, I always leave pleased. Dr. Ellingson is an extremely kind, knowledgeable and gentle dentist. I feel comfortable during procedures, as he does everything he can to ensure my comfort. The office is new and state of the art- something I desire from all of my healthcare providers!

Very prompt service; 30 minutes for routine cleaning, clean and inviting environment. Staff and doctors are pleasant and happy to help. Whenever someone asks for a good dentist, I refer them to Bellevue Family Practice Dentistry.

I started going to Bellevue Family Practice Dentistry and seeing Dr. Ellingson in 2015. I've always had a pleasant experience, which I was not getting at my prior dentist. Their staff is AWESOME! Dr. Ellingson is very knowledgeable and caring. You can tell he loves his job! Oh and the massaging chairs are a nice added bonus!!

A while ago this office fired one of it's dental hygienists. The result of this firing caused then to reschedule an appointment for one of my children 3 times. On the 4th attempt to reschedule I called back and angrily told them to pick a time and stick with it. A month later I got a letter saying they wouldn't accept me as a patient and that my actions were unbecoming of an adult. So my response is one word. Unprofessional.

Edit: No I don't have you confused with another office. But I wouldn't expect anything less from an office that would make unprofessional comments about my ex wife either.

Bellevue Family Practice Dentistry has come a long way in the past year and a half. If you were there before the renovation, you need to see it now! It is gorgeous and so comfortable. Yes, a comfortable dental office! Leather massage chairs, some fancy wand thing for making crowns, beautiful waiting room and restroom, and friendly, welcoming staff. Dr. Dan Ellington is a calm, gentle dentist and he shows you exactly what is going on with your teeth on a big TV screen. Totally state of the art equipment! Like I said, if you haven't been there recently, come back to see this awesome dental office! Way to go, Dr. Smith and Dr. Ellingson.

By far the best dentist I'VE ever seen. The staff is well educated, friendly and personable. The dentist is kind, gentle and truly cared about my experience and the health of my teeth. Perviously​ I had been quoted by Aspen dental for 11,000.00$ worth of work. Bellevue family saved me 7,300.00$ and quoted me at 3,700.00$. Best of all, was when I had a dental emergency. They had me in the office an hour after I called. Even though they were booked solid for the day they devoted 2hours of their time to give me quality care. Xoxo i love this dentist office!

I have been a patient of Dr. Smith since around 2001. I have yet to have a bad experience. I’m one of those patients that doctors fear. I am terrified of dentists and doctors. Dr. Smith has done root canals, crowns, and of course the usual fillings. Never have I had better treatment, or been in an office where every staff member was working to make sure I was comfortable and calm. This is simply the best dental practice in the metro.
