Your Family Dentist

I don’t know where to begin. 1) the office itself is wonderful and clean and the lobby waiting area has that home-feel. 2) the staff and dentist himself were more than friendly. I went for a tooth extraction and as nervous as I was, they made me feel very comfortable. 3) the gals in the front desk are super polite and my check in/out went fast and smoothly. 4)the numbing worked extremely fast and extraction took such a short amount of time. Addison and Gaby were marvelous!

Needless to say, I chose this office for my family! Thank you for being so wonderful and welcoming!!

So, I am typically seen at the VA for my dental, but they do not do emergency dental. I was referred to Your Family Dentist through the VA which ended up being serendipitous. I have been driving by the building for months on my way home from work and always thought to myself, "...I bet that it's beautiful inside of there. It would be so neat to be a family and be all in on the same business." Low and behold, they accepted my insurance and got me in expediently. Dr. A. Jeppesen, was so polite and very pleasant. His assistant Gabby was just the same. Everything was state of the art and a very clean and comfortable feel. My husband is looking to get his teeth done there now.

Dr Palmer and his team was able to get me in on the same day. I love the care and very knowledgeable he and his staff provides. I know dental work isn’t the cheapest thing in the world but I know I’ll always be told the truth and never take advantage of here.

Fun experience: My Insurance termed 2 years ago. 3 subsequent visits were not covered (visits dating back to 2021) without a warning or flag that my insurance had termed. Basically I was visiting their office with no insurance. I would expect this should have raised a flag to warn me I was visiting their office without insurance? In 2022, my company shifted ownership and I gave them the new insurance. They submitted all of my outstanding claims and Jeppesson's office came back out of network. Now I have the pleasure of paying a $700 bill. But, I guess their receptionist is right, "We all have to take responsibility for knowing the status of our insurance." Won't be back.

I have been going here for many years and didn’t have a problem making or coming to appointment, however I scheduled my latest cleaning appointment 6 months in advance and it was canceled by them a few days prior due to them needing to “close the office.” They did not apologize, mention rescheduling for me or helping to fit me in in the meantime. I had to ask when they were going to reschedule me and was told they couldn’t get me in for months, when it was their fault they canceled! The office personnel argued with me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. My parents left this office and no wonder! I have now left as well. They will not work with you, admit their wrongs, apologize, or try to make up for it. When I said I would go elsewhere, the lady had extreme attitude and hung up on me.

I am new to the area so I was looking for a local dental office. I have to say that I enjoyed this place from start to finish. Even when I called to book my appointment they were flexible in getting me on the books for a teeth cleaning. They are all super friendly and very easy to get along with. Dr Micah was very informative and sat down with me and explained thoroughly about my xrays and I left feeling informed and very thrilled that I chose them to care for my teeth. This dental office will for sure be the place me and my family go to from here on out! Thank you guys for being so great!

My family and I have been going to this dentist for many years and wouldn’t go any where else. Very professional, great dentist and team who cares about your teeth and oral health. Excellent at everything they attend to. Entire office very friendly with good energy thru out.

It's always a great experience at Dr. Jeppesen's office! All of the staff are so helpful and friendly! Emily does a great job of cleaning my teeth. Dr. Micah Jeppesen and his son Dr. Palmer Jeppesen are the best dentists that I've ever gone to. We've been going there for over 20 years.

Best cleaning I’ve had in years! Took very good care of my gumline, Took great care of getting all the stains from medical mouthwashes off. Waited in the waiting room less than 15 seconds. How to different hygienist, she reviewed my charts, new about all the procedures I had done in the past, and was very friendly! Dock near me and asked about my job. Very personal and very professional!! Thank You

I love going to My Family Dentist. I am always treated with kindness and I know the staff genuinely cares about me and my health. I am very happy with the care I receive there.
