My 7 yr old daughter is usually terrified of the dentist but the last time she walked out of here she said “momma that was the nicest dentist and I love them and I want to stay there all day!” What kid says that?!? Take your kids here everyone!!!
I also was seen as a first time patient here (had to switch dentists due to insurance changing) and I myself was terrified of the poking the gums measurements they always did at my last dentist that caused sooooo much pain. The dentist I saw here was soooo much better!! I was amazed that I barely even felt it!!! 10 stars!!

My dental visit went well. The hygienist and receptionist did a good job answering all of my questions. The hygienist also moved my appointment along at a steady pace. It would have been nice if there were a couple magazines/newspaper or tv for a little entertainment during waiting times.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was told after buying a Groupon that the service was covered then it was not the day of service. I called prior, spoke to receptionist who was very unhelpful never returned my phone call prior to appointment to verify the charge was covered, so I assumed it was done. On the original call she told me that it would be covered most likely, but would call me back. That never happened. My son shows up the hygienist was extremely rude on the phone w me and expected payment from my son not even patient to wait until I could get to my credit card after work at home. I told them I was covering for him from Florida where I live from the very beginning of him going there and told me this would never be an issue. They basically took advantage of another cleaning to make up for the free one. He had zero cavities yet needed another cleaning not even 30 days out. Would never recommend them for the fact the staff was very unhelpful, rude and definitely didn’t care about what I had to say nor charging my son who now has overdrawn his bank account as a result of their incompetence. Disgusted....

I had an appointment December 4th and it was my first dental appointment since about 2014. I went in expecting the worst, however they didn’t find any major issues!! The staff members are incredibly friendly and professional. I made my next appointment before I left the building. I will never see another dentist while living in Omaha.
