I brought my son in to get looked at after another ped dentistry office did a consult. Come to find out, Shadow Ridge caught some other issues that the first office didnt catch. Always professional and punctual with the appointment times. Once when a mishap occurred, it was fixed at no cost to me. I had a filling replaced, at the follow-up (less than 6 most after) part of the filling was chipped during the cleaning. They put in a temporary and rescheduled me to have it completely redone. No issues since, that was over 1yr ago. Always friendly staff as well 😊
