I always have anxiety going to the dentist. Some dentists are so rough in your mouth or don't communicate what they are doing. Dr. Schuldt is so very gentle and patient. She listens carefully and makes sure your comfortable at all times. She also explains everything that she is doing. Veronica the dental hygienist is so friendly and so fun to chat with. She too is gentle. They both made me feel like they truly cared about me. The facility is beautiful and relaxing and I like there wasn't a sign that said you had to wear a mask. It was ok that I was sitting there without my mask on and it felt nice and I didn't feel judged.

So first off, Whitney is hands down the best dental assistant ever. Second, had a wisdom tooth pulled and was fine the next day. Didn't even need to take that many advil. Everyone is friendly, helpful and courteous. Very thorough on the xrays but explained everything they were doing. Once I got in to my seat didn't wait that long to see the dentist. Plus she generally CARES about you. Not fake empathy either. Can not recommend it enough.

Went today and got a tooth removed never a pleasant thing, but the staff at Downtown dental were very pleasant and considered of how I am doing and welcoming. The message chair as getting a tooth pulled who would have thunk it but very nice. I recommend for anyone to use their service. Thank you Downtown Dental see you again.

Went in for my new patient appointment today and had my teeth cleaned by Veronica. She did such an excellent job! She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She let me know exactly what she was doing and what her next move was and went out of her way to help me feel comfortable through out the entire process (which I really appreciate as I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist and switched to downtown Dental because of bad experiences with my previous dentist).
Dr. Schuldts' was awesome and took the time to explain to me exactly what what's going on with my teeth and went over different options.
Whitney (the dental assistant) was super sweet and funny, she had me laughing.
I'm just so happy with my choice to switch, I felt so nervous going in but this has given me such peace of mind.
Also, it doesn't hurt that I was able to watch the new Michael Jordon documentary on the TV (on the ceiling) all the while relaxing in an awesome massage chair! PERKS! š

I wish I could rate Downtown Dental more than 5 stars because this office exceeds standard expectations in every way possible!! Starting with the big smiles from the friendly receptionists efficiently checking me in! I wasnāt even in the waiting room for longer than 2 minutes before I was being escorted back by Whitney, perfectly on time for my appointment! Whitney was so friendly and funny, I donāt think Iāve ever laughed so much while getting ready to have dental work done! Then Dr. Schuldt was so nice and caring. She never rushed through my procedure, she was so proficient with her dental assistant Whitney ( it seemed as if they could just read each otherās minds). They made me feel as comfortable, if not more comfortable than the massaging chairs they have while having your procedure done!! Last but not least, Veronica finished me up with a cleaning and she ywas so sweet, and I love that she explained everything going on as she was doing it! The professional standard of cleanliness, amazing employees, and Dr. Schuldts generosity and kind heartedness by always doing stuff to involve her community and charitable acts/ drawings for freebies! I highly recommend Downtown Dental!

This was the best experience I've had ever had at a dentist office. They made me feel very at ease. I personally don't like dentist but I will go back to them for any problem I may encounter. They were very helpful when giving Novacane shots. Didn't feel much at all. I had a wisdom tooth taken out and the next day I felt no pain at all, I was very impressed. In my opinion they are very good at what they do. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and anyone who needs a great dentist. From me to Downtown Dental, THANK YOU. Believe me I will be seeing you's again.

Awesome dental practice! Dr. Schuldt is amazing! The staff is so friendly and nice, and the office is beautiful, super clean and comfortable. If you have anxiety this is the dental office for you. They are so gentle and caring and are amazing with kids and adults alike. I highly recommend!
