As always they were very efficient, very pleasant, and provided excellent Dental Care. The hygienist cleaned my teeth very well with no discomfort. And as usual, Dr Frill gave me a good checkup. I have been a patient of the Portal Ridge Dental clinic for a number of years and have always received great service. I was especially appreciative of them when I recently cracked a molar and they were able to see me the same day within a couple of hours to make a repair. Dental Assistant Sue and Dr. Frill did a great job getting me “up and running” quickly pain free. Cannot recommend this dental organization highly enough.

Dr Frill and Portal Ridge Dental has taken care of our dental needs for over ten years. The dental care has always been excellent to include above and beyond and attending on weekends for emergency care. The dental .staff is very competent.

I will disclose that Dr. Frill is my brother-in-law. But even still, when I'm in the office as a patient he remains professional and thorough. He and the staff are always very pleasant and knowledgeable. The hygienists are the best, especially with my 5yo daughter. For her first visit, Jess took her time to explain everything from the chair to the tools and let her see. And Candy at the front always has everything on lock! 🙂

I was hesitant to visit a dentist having had a bad experience with an older dentist several years ago. I was apprehensive knowing my teeth were probably in awful shape, but found Dr. Melcher through my insurance app and found confidence to schedule a visit. The visit could not have gone any better from beginning to end. Staff was friendly, professional, positive, encouraging and helpful. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling very confident and hopeful with a plan moving forward. Absolutely would recommend to anyone.

Everyone at Portal Ridge is friendly and helpful. Dr. Frill is great & always cares about the condition of your teeth. The hygienists are wonderful too! They work hard to clean & advise you of what you can do better in the future. Going to the dentist isn't most people's favorite thing to do, but they make it pleasant! I've never had a bad experience.
