I only rate this establishment and a one because I am not allowed to give less than a one. Although the staff is kind and friendly, the dental work I received is the worst I have ever received. Every one of my teeth that I had worked on are now causing me pain as well as some teeth I did not have worked on. However that was not even the worst part about my care. The worst part was when Dr. Chilka started to perform my root canal and half way through said she was unable to complete it, then would have to send me to a endodontal surgeon to complete the root canal. She then did not even ensure that my insurance would cover the visit, or that I could afford to go over there to have the root canal completed. Which I could not afford the endodontal surgeon even with my insurance at the time, ended up losing my insurance two days later and am now walking around with a half completed root canal in which the temporary filling has fallen out and am unable to complete because now it will cost me $2500 to complete.

I've had an appointment scheduled for Monday for 2 months and suddenly today my appointment needs to be rescheduled? No. I will never go back. That's not good business. Also the staff is extremely rude and hangs up on people. Do not go here if you value being respected.

Chilka is very professional, I came to her for a second opinion on some dental work. Giving three stars because one of the assistants, I think her name was Tay, was giving her coworkers attitude, its a shame to see a good team watered down.
