Dr Susie is great and the staff is excellent and professional / friendly. I like the massage chairs. Makes going to the dentist not as scary an experience as before.

I've avoided the dentist for a majority of my life, mostly out of fear of getting a cavity filled (needles, drills, etc.). After having my wisdom teeth pulled due to a cavity, I decided I probably needed to see a dentist regularly. Dr. Susie found I had 3 more cavities in teeth that couldn't be pulled and my worst fears were made reality. However, I'm glad I went to Canyon Echo for this procedure. Dr. Susie talked me through every step and made the process as pain free as possible. Even the needle I had feared for most of my life barely hurt at all! I'll definitely be coming back for all my dental work.

The staff was friendly and cheerful.
However their billing practices are deceptive. They “estimated” $150, and 2 weeks later sent an additional bill of $100. They are aware that most insurances won’t cover their tooth-colored fillings, and that you’ll likely have to pay more (almost double!), but do not tell you that at any time during the process.

Five stars all the way. I HATE the dentist, but the ambiance, the staff, Dr. Susie, I love! And I even laughed while in the chair today. If you don't like the dentist, you need to see Dr Susie and staff. Amazing!
