I have been with NorthStar dental as a Coustemer for 13 years. My experience with them was always the best. From front desk to the dentist chair their service is always pleasant and courteous. Recently I am having a double implant, to my amazement the number of adjustment my doctor and his assistant did was beyond their pay or obligation. I really appreciate their willingness to help and satisfy my need. I am not sure if I suppose to mention the names, but all of them are exceptional. I will just leave it there!

I haven’t been to a dentist for too long and a coworker recommended Northstar to me. The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly and caring. The procedures that I need were explained very clearly to me. The receptionist even went through the cost of the procedure and what insurance should pay and the amount I will need to pay. I highly recommend this place!

I am new here. This was the second day office I visited. I walked out of the first one due to dishonesty. I stayed at this office because I was being told the truth. Their suggestion to wait a year for a certain procedure actually cost them money for that year, and saved me. (Due to beginning Invisalign, both dentist and orthodontist agreed to wait.) The first dentist office just wanted to be able to bill me without telling me the benefits of waiting. This office was honest and had my best interest at heart. They're also very personable and make you feel welcomed. I am so thankful and lucky I walked in to this office. I feel like I am in great hands!

Northstar Dental is the best! I’ve never been a huge fan of going to the dentist but Northstar Dental has changed that! I enjoy every interaction with them. They are so welcoming and treat you better than family. I used to be so nervous about a dentist poking around in my mouth but not anymore. They explain everything in detail about my treatment plan, things I need to do better and what I am already doing well. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!!

I don't normally leave Google reviews but I really loved this office! I've always loathed having to go to the dentist, but everyone here was so nice and courteous! They explained everything very clearly and quickly and were understanding and compassionate instead of being judgemental, which was such a relief! Very classy place with a sweet staff! 😊

Dr. Burbach and the whole team at Northstar Dental always do such an amazing job! I was new to town and needed a new dentist office when my friend referred me. I will never go anywhere else. Everyone is kind,friendly, and helpful. It is super easy to make an appointment and I’m always shocked at how fast I get in and out.

Friendly atmosphere, my favorite dentist so far. Like most, going to the dentist makes me nervous but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with NE family dentistry/North Star Dental. I enjoyed the comprehensive dental checkup and x-rays taken for my first visit, the teeth cleaning which felt more pleasant than anxiety-inducing, and the staff. This dental office stood out due to the fact that the dentist is the one who cleans your teeth and explains your teeth condition to you. Makes you feel more confident about the follow-up dental care you’ll received going forward. I’m glad to be a patient there now and actually excited about going back (which is new for me).
What was also appreciated is that they took the time to explain my insurance benefits to me in a way that’s more understandable than having to read through the actual EOB and providing estimates for future services. So great customer service there.
