First visit to Star City Dental was great. The check in staff were on top of their game and appointment was on time. The dental hygienist was very thorough and explained everything as she did it including insurance coverage. Happy with everything and glad I made the move to SCD.

After being in excruciating pain for a couple of days (but not being able to determine if it was a sinus, tooth, or ear problem as all were in pain), I tried to get into my usual dentist. They couldn't get me in for a week (even though they advertise 24-hour emergency service).
Star City Dental got me in in a few hours. Everyone was incredibly courteous and professional. They couldn't see the issue with their X-ray and after no specialists could be found to help me within 2 weeks, they scheduled me the next day for an emergency root canal. I am pain free for the first time in 5 days and got my first good night of sleep.

Had a chipped front tooth. Called for an appointment and was able to go in the next day!
Greeted by name as I entered. Called right back, both dentist and assistant were polite and kind. The chipped tooth was fixed. Spent less than 20 minutes in the chair.
