Williamsburg reached out to me in EVERY way possible to make things right. I am definitodaytely giving them another try and my rating and opinion has changed! Companies like them that go above and beyond are hard to find anymore.
Dr. Mimi and her assistants are amazing! Just make sure you understand their billing/payment process BEFORE having work done. I wish someone would have explained that to me ahead of time!

I was impressed and loved Dr. Mimi. They're billing department is unethical though. They add on and code things then charge you extra. I've NEVER paid for a cleaning but went in yesterday and they are expecting me to pay for the extra work they did without my permission. I didn't ask for extra work and was not aware I had extra work done! Then they expect me to pay the extra when insurance is still PENDING!?! I need more work done so I scheduled to go back to get two teeth fixed. Before I even left yesterday they had my amount due that insurance wasn't covering for my next visit already printed and waiting for me at the front desk! No, I'll go back to my old dentiat who ASKS before just doing things that aren't approved and I'm expected to pay. Unethical and unprofessional. You have been reported to the BBB. I will not be going back in. I know my consumer rights and you definitely violated them! I will also be telling all of my emolployees at work about this situation and not recommend you to anyone. I really was impressed with the Dr. And staff but not worth the geadache always having to pay extra fees and being charged for services I didn't agree to.

I've known Dr. Reichenbach for many years. I have always had a great experience when visiting his office. Painless novocain injections are his specialty. I highly recommend him as a Dentist.

Our family (four generations) have gone to see Dr. Reichenbach and his team for years. When I was out of town, I even drove back to Lincoln to go there part of the time, because I trust him/them. They make you feel very welcomed, but also maintain a tight professional service you can trust. I have always been especially happy that Dr. R does not recommend procedures just to recommend them (and make his money). He knows dental care is expensive and sometimes difficult to get into the budget--and he's honest about what is really necessary. He also works to keep up with new procedures and equipment, and does a great job of it. He's practical, knowledgeable and Ia valued member of my family's "body maintenance team."
