This is a great place to go if you are needing work done on your teeth or cleaned. They are professional and very informative when it comes to questions that I have. This place doesn't take forever as you go in and check in, go back and get your x-rays done, teeth cleaned, get checked out by the doctor, signed out and go on your way. The most it takes is 40-45 minutes and you are done for cleaning. Definitely recommend him to anyone.

The absolute worst patient treatment I've ever experienced hands down!! Be prepared to pay an arm and a leg to snotty, disrespectful people. Even a new staff would not save this "Dr." My child left in tears after encountering a rough hygienist that told me she did what she needed to do and didn't care if I had a problem with it (hand on her hip and rolling her eyes). I was told I'd have to wait to speak to Walrod but instead he stormed out and told me to go elsewhere (as this was one of his best hygienists). First dentist to ever flip me off! Kuddos to you, Walrod! I'll spend my $5,000.00 at a respectful establishment. That staff is going to give you more problems in the future!

I was client there for couple years. I can no longer be seen because I'm on adult medicaid. I know in the phone call I more than likely sound unpleasent. This is a good place to go. I am annoyed with them at the moment. I don't know on what end went wrong we didn't get a reminder for the 6 months whatever. I wish you guys would accept adult medicaid. Some people don't have money trees. So if the person I was talking to is reading this. I am sorry I hanged up on you.

Very rude and unprofessional. Do not go here. They over charge you and will fail to communicate or take steps to refund what has been overpaid. Miss 1 appointment they charge you 100$ no show and will deny rescheduling.

In response to the review by Anna Lehman. There was an omission of facts and since Anna has decided to get on the internet for a review I have decided to report the facts. Swearing at my office staff will not be tolerated in any manner. I heard the F word numerous times, in front of her own small children, to my hygienist, assistant, receptionist, and to me. I asked Anna to leave, she would not. It was unbelievable behavior.
We couldn't be happier that she left the office. No one should tolerate that type of behavior. Thanks for your post Anna.

Been taking my kids there for years never had a no call no show. Last couple times I have taken my youngest in they have wanted to pull his baby teeth and I told them they could not. He has seizures when his blood is drawn so his dr office won't even do that without dr in close proximity. Last time the hygeninist looked at him and said well why do you have seizures, do you just get worked up? They told me his teeth would not fall out on their own, they needed to pull them, I said if they could not put him under to do it they couldn't do it. They kept telling me it was only a needle to nemb and then pull them, I said no. Well made the appt for cleanings 2 weeks ago for my 3 kids (11, 13, and 16) Got the post card reminder in the mail, that was great... today I got a rude voice mail saying they are calling to confirm our appt and if I don't call them back before 5pm they will take them off the schedule. We have never not shown up for an appt. We have never been disrespectful to them, but after that I will never go back and will never tell anyone else to go there. I have refered many people there but not any more! When I called to tell the receptionist I found the voice mail rude she said ok thanks for calling!

Great staff Dr Walrod is awesome ...had little to no pain after having teeth pulled and thankful I did my dentures here and not out of town as I have to go almost weekly for adjustments but that is normal

Don't believe them when they say they accept your insurance. They most likely don't and will bill you 10 times more than what your expecting. And the staff are rude as hell to top it off i will let my teeth rot out before I go back here.
