Without notice they took my kids name off there patients list and when I was talking to the front desk an explanation when I told her my son was sick and could not come in and I had cancel the appointment in advance she hung up the Phone on me very rude but I felt very discriminated it felt like because I’m from a different religion they treated did that to me and my kid’s

The whole staff here is amazing! My son is on the autism spectrum & has strong sensory issues. They knew just how to handle the situation without making me feel like things were out of control. My daughter is 18 months, yesterday was her first visit. She did not like it, at all. But the dental assistant and Dr. Simpson were very accommodating, understanding, and incredibly informative. They explained to me what was going to happen, what we should do versus what we are doing now. They were wonderful with my little screaming bundle of terror. 😊 Will see them again in 6 months!
