Bad Scheduling Practices Poor Customer Service

Would give zero if that were an option. When you have people schedule appointments you should really ask them first, and you should last minute change it to the point we have 15 mins until the appointment to make a 30min drive. You also should NEVER remove someone as a patient just because the complained to higher ups regarding your bad scheduling practices in this office. This isn't how you should treat anyone let alone someone who vocalized they were in pain regarding their TMJ.

Great Experience Kindness Helpful Staff Recommendation

Great experience with Aspen Dental. My mom is over 90 years old and her dentures were thrown away in the trash. She arrived in a wheelchair and treated her with so much kindness!! They did impressions from the wheelchair which is great sine she is in a boot. The billing person explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Everyone there was there to help us and not to make things difficult. I would recommend Aspen Dental to my friends.

Friendly Staff Professional Comforting

Today I had a dental visit for the first time in a lot of years, and I was filled with anxiety. I have a medical procedure coming up and they require at minimum a teeth cleaning beforehand. I knew I was gonna to need more than the cleaning, and I was right. In my visit with the dentist I was put at ease right away and didn’t need too much done besides the cleaning. And I appreciated that I was given the choice for that procedure, and not told specifically what procedure was going to be done. After the X-rays the dentist, Dr. Jake Fisher, came in. He talked about options and what we decided together to get my dental work done and asked if I had questions, which I did. But I never felt rushed or dismissed, which is very important to me. Then the dental assistant, Ashley, came in and quickly did her job looking and rating the gums. Everybody else I met in the office were very kind and always explained what they were doing. And never failed to ask if I had questions. My mind was put at ease right away when discussing charges and payment plans etc. A big relief!

By the end of my visit, I felt very relaxed and at home, like I had just met some new friends. I only wish my past dental visits years ago were like this.

If you’re like me, a big scaredy cat, call for a great dental experience.

Poor Post-Op Care Unsympathetic Staff Expensive

My boyfriend recently got his wisdom teeth removed and a cavity filled about a month ago. In the beginning, the staff was awesome and the surgery went well and everything is fine. Now since it’s been a month, his jaw and temple are still swollen and he still can’t sleep through the night with the amount of pain he is in. He’s been switching back and forth with over the counter pain meds and they barely work. He just went in for his check up and told the dentist and nurse and neither of them seemed to care. They said nothing seems to be out of the ordinary and this is all normal. They didn’t prescribe him anything nor did they discuss or answer questions that he had concerning his swelling and pain. The nurse told him “this doctor is in particularly stingy with prescribing meds” what kind of doctor and office is this?! Seriously disappointed with this place and their work. All they care about is getting their money and could care less about their patients. Looks like he’ll just have to “deal” with it and still be out over a thousand dollars because of this place.

Friendly Staff Fair Pricing Good Experience

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. staff is always super friendly and willing to work with you. I feel on the financial end of things they are very fair. I did not feel over charger or gouged at all. I have had a few appointments that went side was as soon as money came into it. I mean I paid 4 times less with aspen and have a beautiful smile now

Aspen Dental Scheduling, I believe You CANCELLED Our Appointments, March 21 12:00 and 12:45, Darrel & Deb Kois. As 2 New Patients I asked the receptionist to reschedule our two appointments together as soon as possible, she said, “That’s Not Possible” (even after being told I am Blind and rely on my wife to get around) said, “I cancelled your appointments” then Immediately hung-up, She didn’t set up any means of making another appointment, so I am guessing they don’t want us as New Patients? The first person we contacted as Aspen Dental, Cassiopeia was Very Kind, Polite, and Helpful, I found the Next person answering their Phone (did not give her name, not at all surprisingly) was Much the Opposite, rude and unprofessional to the max. From other reviews can I guess this is the Office Manager Shannon?

I was told that I would be charged for setting a crown regardless if I did or not. Then when I drove in from Des Moines where I moved too. No one even knew what was going on. Then when I went to go sign the care plan. I was told that $943 would be refunded to my account because her regional manager would fix it tomorrow. We had just spent 30-45min discussing a total that $943 less than that. I was also told that my claim was going through. Until Megan Brown held me over a barrel stating the interruption of service fee is the full cost of the crown. Which is grossly overpriced as it turns out. Absolutely the worst experience with a dentist ever.

They have been absolutely wonderful. I have been to the Oakview location but the Dodge location blows them out if the park. They were friendly from the get go. Then I needed work done that needed to be done by Dr. Bellil. Hands down the best experience. He was very attentive, caring, and personally checked in to keep track of progress. Never have I seen an type of doctor personally reach out to a patient. They have been absolutely wonderful.
