It was a great experience dealing with this location. I needed to get new dentures. They took the time, cared about how my new dentures would look. When it's time to replace this pair I will be going back.

I broke my tooth late Sunday night, and was in the next day. They were unable to save it and had to do an extraction. They worked with me on the price so I could afford the care I needed. I am incredibly thankful for the kind, caring, and understanding staff.

The visit was fine. It was after the visit that disappointed me. I got prescribed an antibiotic. I had never taken it before and I took it as soon as I picked it up. Few hours later I was extremely sick. Called my pharmacist, told him what was going on, said sounds like I’m allergic. So I call the after hours people for aspen 3 times trying to get them to get ahold of the doctor so I can get a new antibiotic. Also called 2 urgent cares to see if I came in could a doc look at me and prescribe an antibiotic, they said no. So No luck. So then I Wait and call Monday to the office directly to ask for a new script. It’s Wednesday and I just got a notification that my pharmacist filled a new prescription. 5 days without an antibiotic for an infection. Seems pretty careless of the staff to not make this a tad urgent.

So I went in for a tooth extraction but couldn't get numb so they said i would need to go to a oral surgeon and said they would call around and see if one could get me in. They never did that just gave me a recommendation and said they would refund what I paid. So no I have to wait two damn weeks with half a tooth. NEVER GO TO THEM FOR AN EXTRACTION!!!! but over all nice people.

I had only the best of experiences here. We traveled to this area from Tennessee for work and I had a lot of dental problems that needed to be taken care of while I was here. Dr. Koentjoro and his staff were the best I've ever had. They worked with me one or two teeth at a time to help with cost because I don't have dental insurance. The first consultation was free, they answered all my questions, the prices were reasonable, the procedures never took long, and I never had to wait. I'll have to travel back to Nebraska if I ever need dental work again to get such top-notch service. I am extremely grateful for everything they've done.

Dr. Snow and the staff really worked together well and everyone had a smile on their face. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I was impressed with the way Larissa interacted with patients. She was genuinely interested in helping out the patients that came into the office. Receptionists are usually the first people encountered and I think it's important to be friendly and truly care about the people that come into the office and she did that. Liezel did a great job taking the x-rays. There were a lot of them, but she did a good job of making the time pass by quickly while being efficient in her work. Dr. Snow took the time to check everything out and did a great job addressing my concerns. Angie did my cleaning and happily answered all my questions. I appreciated the timeliness and thoroughness with which everything was done.

The dentist was preparing to make me a flipper, have an upper tooth extracted and a year later an implant.
I went elsewhere, had what he said was an easy, breezy root canal, he made me a crown in office and I left with a perfect tooth in 3 hours, 500.00 after insurance, so not only did I not have a year of misery, it's a 9,000.00 difference...scary.
