The Dentists at Dundee

I love all the people who work at the Dentists of Dundee. Dr Demman’s is marvelous. He is gentle and never makes you feel like he is judging you about your oral hygiene. He is gentle and kind. He is a great dentist. I had a lot of dental work needed and he listened to me when I told him I don’t have thousand of dollars to pay for my dental work. He did the most important things first and then the next yr he did more until it was done. LeAnn at the front desk is the sweetest receptionist I have ever worked with. Her caring attitude is remarkable. She worked with my insurance and we did the work with the most beifit from my insurance. Amanda the assistant is great she knows what she is doing and never gags you with the suction. She has the same caring attitude as the rest of them. I highly recommend them for you and your families needs.

I love my hygienist Elizabeth, and Dr. Demman is the best! Everyone in the office is also great with my kids - very caring and professional. The team is efficient and swift on unpleasant things like fillings, making the procedure comfortable and low stress.

I've been to several dentists over the years and never felt so welcome and comfortable during any of my other experiences. The staff are friendly and genuine. Plus, they always have awesome music playing as well.

First let me say Leanne is the most welcoming, outgoing and wonderful person to work with at The Dentist at Dundee! Leanne's personality alone got my business! Now to Dr. Demman... he is AWESOME! His personality, the way he explained what was going on with my teeth and what needed to be done. Most of all he listened to me! I felt comfortable and at ease ....I could be myself! Dr. Demman completed my procedure today with absolutely no pain, he knows what he is doing! His assistants are wonderful as well! I have not been to the dentist in a while because I have not had good dentists in the past. I'm glad to say I have my next appointment in two weeks! Sorry didn't mean to write a book but my husband and I are very impressed with our services and the kind friendly treatment we recieved today! Thank you from the Carr's!

The Dundee Dentists always do a fantastic job. Very professional and caring. They treat you like one of the family. They are taking all of the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe during this pandemic.

I can't speak to the actual services they provide, because the scheduling was terrible. I called in January to get a new patient appointment for myself and 2 kids. They booked me out until the beginning of March (which was pretty standard at my old dentist too), which I understand because I'm a new patient. They called me a few weeks before the appointment and said they needed to reschedule me because they had continuing education on the date of my appointment. When I asked what dates were available, they wanted to book me out another 2 months! I work full time (like a lot of people, I assume) and usually can only make later afternoon appointments work (3-5:00 PM). They would not work me in any sooner than 2 months out for that time even though it was their fault for scheduling me on a date they weren't available. This is mainly a warning that if you want an office that can be flexible, accommodating to a working schedule and doesn't call and reschedule you, this may not be the right dentist for you. This exact reason is why I left my old dentist. Also, be aware of their hours-they have VERY limited schedule (closed Tuesdays, close early on Thursday/Friday) so appointment times are limited.

I went here for the first time and it was an awesome experience! The head receptionist checked me in right away and made me feel welcomed. My dentist and his assistant was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what was wrong with my teeth overall. Thank so much! I’ll be back :)

Listen to how ridiculously great this place is: I have severe tooth pain, (suspect I need a root canal). I called them on 12/21/2020 at 11:30 to see if they were accepting new patients and had any appointments during this week given the Christmas holiday. They replied sure come in we have one at Noon. I arrived, sat down, they did a root canal, fixed the pain and sent me on my way in less than 1 hour. (If you're counting that's 90 minutes from the time I called to the time I left their office). I did not feel ANY pain normally associated with dental work like a root canal. Dr. JR Demman and his assistant were friendly, incredibly fast, and most importantly they solved my issue.

I have a generally negative predisposition to dentistry, but I like the people here. Leanne at the front desk is always friendly and remembers me. She is competent and helpful in figuring out costs and resolving insurance issues. I usually feel like dental offices are trying to take me for all they can, but Leanne helps us coordinate what makes the most sense for us practically and financially. My hygienist Elizabeth makes me feel like she knows me and asks relevant questions about me and my family. I am not the world's best dental patient as I am not a great flosser and consume too much sugar. I remember as a kid having dentists and hygienists put me on guilt trips for improper dental care, so I can be defensive. However, Elizabeth finds a good balance of asking about and encouraging me to have better habits without trying to make me feel bad about it. I am skeptical when I am told that I need fillings since I had a bad experience with Summit Dental previously, but here at The Dentists at Dundee, Dr. Demman takes the time to explain why I need any recommended fillings and answers any questions I have.
