I had once given this place a 5 star review. It was my go to place for my dental emergencies, and I refuse to go there any more. It has always been a bit pricey, but before at least quality work was done. The only insurance I had a the time was Medicaid, which they do not accept. I had a tooth pulled and a cavity filled. Over $2000. I don't recall the dentist's last name, but I do remember his first name was Trent. When pulling the tooth, he broke part of my hard pallet. I still have sensitivity to hot and cold in that spot like the tooth is still there. There was a piece of bone sticking out of my gums, and he "couldn't figure out" why I was in so much pain. And referred me out. This is after 4 trips there from being in so much excruciating pain, even with pain medication.
Then there was the filling he did. About 6 months later I was having pain in that tooth, decided to ignore it, because I had no regular dentist to go to, and wasn't going back to Tomorrow's Dentistry Today. The pain went away for a while. About 6 months after that, I felt like I had something in my teeth so I was trying to floss and the filling popped out.
I had some good interactions with the reception staff, however two different times the lady didn't seem to know what she was talking about,

There is one dentist there that I have encountered who actually seems to know what he is doing. Again I don't recall his name, and am not sure he is still there. He is a seasoned dentist, very good bedside manner, white hair, and actually does a good job.

If you are having a dental emergency, I would definitely suggest seeking help elsewhere. The prices here are very high, and unless you are lucky enough to go when the staff and dentist who know what they are doing are there, it will be a longer more painful process than it has to be.

Hmm. I left a review for this place a few years ago, after the last time I ever went.
They charged $50 for missing an appointment. I understand that, I forgot.
However during this time my 0hone carrier was updating their voicemail system, which reset my voicemail without me even knowing.
That meant any call they reached out with. I did not get a voice messages.
They sent it to collections, which upped it to $100.
This was not a great time for me to be throwing away money.
When I called to figure out why I had a charge going to collections, and they had zero empathy.
They could have sent a letter to my house saying I have an outstanding charge. No, nothing.
I had to pay the $100 to avoid any further charges.
I did like the work they did there, but I'm looking for a different one.

If I could give no stars I would. They are priced extremely high. I had to go in four different times to have a crown done. They had to make adjustments twice and it still isn’t right. Also they were way off on the estimate. I payed way more than what I should have and it’s been three months and I still have yet to get my refund. I called them three different times there so called billing department must never work because I get and answering machine every time. I finally acted like I was a new patient so I could finally talk with someone and there response was oh I’m sorry we don’t handle the refunds that’s at our headquarters. But I will let them know you are wondering where it is at. Pathetic business practice. And they are well aware of it because they don’t list a website or phone number on any of there ads on google you have to find it from a third party. Save your self the money, time and your mouths health and go somewhere else.

I went in with an abscess wisdom tooth, they got me in quickly with a very little copay. They did a few X-rays on it, gave me an amazing quote for an immediate surgery. The male doctor was so friendly and gentle. The nurses care for you so much! And it’s very sanitary. Definitely going to get my others out here! Thank you so much!

I would have given this place a 5 because the staff has always been nice but my issue is with reimbursement.

My last visit, I was told my the front desk receptionist I would be getting a $230 check from their corporate office in mid July since my insurance covered more than expected. First I called and got the voicemail. Left a message. No one called me back. By the end of July I called again and they said there were no records of a refund. Referred me to their corporate office. Called corporate and they told me the same thing and said they would look into it and call me back the same day. Haven’t heard anything back.

Disappointed to be told something and then the other happens. My records should my balance as -230 and no one cares to help me figure out what happened.

Worst place. I was unable to get any help until I could pay in full. At the time I had to call my parents who went up and paid. They then are currently 3 years later taking me to collections on a procedure that was paid for in full. I have given them these receipts to show it is paid for 2x since June of 2019. Today they are trying to now garnish my wages on an amount already paid for. I'm so livid...& the office lady is so rude....its disgusting.
UPDATE: I ENDED UP PAYING AGAIN TO AVOID THE DINGS ON MY CREDIT SCORE AS I WAS PURCHASING A HOME. THEY ACCEPTED AND TOOK IT. NOWWWW THE ARE SAYING I DIDNT PAY THE COURT FEES WHICH I HAVE NO CLUE SINCE I CALLED THE ACTUAL OFFICE TO REPAY. THEY SENT ME AGAIN INTO COLLECTIONS NO CLUE WHAT TO DO NOW 🥺☹️

Great place hands down!!! They got me right in and got my problems taken care of right then and there, and Dr Fender is awesome he actually talks with you and gives you some good advice on how to avoid having problems with your teeth, great guy, even texted me after taking my wisdom teeth out to see how I was doing! Definitely will be a returning customer! Absolute best in my opinion.

Had appointment May 9 paid 80$ out of pocket. They said they would reimburse me when insurance comes through. August 9 haven’t seen anything. My copay was 35$.
