Awesome experience! For years I neglected going to get my dental exams and cleanings with a fear of dental offices. I decided to book a cleaning and exam with this dental office after reading all the wonderful reviews. I have to say they were absolutely true. Dr. Slater and his staff are so welcoming and awesome. The front desk was very accommodating and kind, his assistant was very knowledgeable and cheerful. She really made the entire process more relaxing and listened to any of my concerns. I went in to get a filling and chose to use the laughing gas to help with my anxiety and the entire process was absolutely painless (and affordable). Dr. Slater is amazing and his team is too, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks for a great experience! I am no longer dreading my next dental appointment.

I have been using Walnut Family Dentistry since April 2018, when we moved to Nebraska. Both Dr. Morrison and Dr. Slater, as well as a few hygienists, have done things for my teeth. I continue to be impressed by the friendly atmosphere and caring attitude there, each time I have an appt. Dr. Slater lets the patient choose which option he/she prefers to take, after he explains the various pathways one can take for a specific dental situation. I also appreciate the "heads up" warnings he gives me, for possible future things to watch out for on my problem teeth. I have lived quite a few years and have had many different dentists in places I have lived. To me, Dr. Slater ranks in my top 2 dentist choices (Dr. Moore in Kentucky tied with him). Keep up the wonderful work that all of you do at Walnut Family Dentistry!

Dr Mike and the girls were great! They made sure I was comfortable before doing the work I needed and then when they started he went slow to be gentle rather than fast and risk pain. Which I loved! I’d rather it take a little longe r to make sure it goes smoothly! I just started coming here and have already referred a couple people and will continue to do so! The whole team is great!!!! Thank you Dr Mike and ladies!!!! Highly highly recommend them!
