Your Family Dentist

I have gone to Dr. Jeppesen for many years and I have always been pleased with the care I have received. He has done a variety of things for me from basic fillings to involved crowns--always beautifully done. In addition, the staff has been amazing!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Jeppesen and his staff! The entire staff treats my boys so well! They are careful to let my boys know exactly what will happen next. It helps to reduce any apprehension they may have. I really appreciate entire staff's care and sensitivity to children. Dr. Jeppesen and Jenni, one of the dental hygienists, take time to answer all my questions. I could not ask for a better dental experience for not only myself, but for my children as well! Thank you!

I've been using this Dentist for a few years now and though I've never enjoyed dental work the atmosphere is professional and the staff is ready when I arrive.

Made appointments as new patients two months previous. Showed up for our first apointment and the receptionist said she didn't have it and we were not in their system. The only information we gave her was our last name.
We decided reluctantly to make new appointments two months out. She offered to call us if there were cancellations. She handed us cards with our first names written on them and never asked for a phone number to call us. Weird???? We think she gave our appointments away and lied to us.
Jeppeson may be a fantastic dentist. But if the front desk is shady it's a pass. They lost a lot of future business. We had our last dentist for 20 years.

I went for a dental cleaning and dental evaluation and I got it. I think his hygienists are amazing and did a wonderful job. The dentist is professional but during his evaluation he tried to push me to get new veneers because he said that the reason I had gingivitis is because of these veneers.

You have to understand that veneers are very expensive at most dental offices they can cost from $800-1100/tooth. I went to another dentist in Papillion for a second opinion, the new dentist was about 10 minutes away from "Your Family Dentist."

The new dentist told me "No, new veneers aren't going to solve anything. We have to get to the heart of the problem. I'm going to send you to a periodontist." So he gave me a recommendation for a periodontist in Omaha and the periodontist is fixing my gingivitis.

Overall I felt the dentist was great but in this regard I'm happy to have gotten a second opinion.
Please take your time and follow your conscience, get a second opinion if you need to. Don't ever feel that you need to do something because in the end it is your money and your teeth.

After moving to the area recently, I went to see Dr. Jeppesen and his staff at the recommendation of a coworker. The office uses the most updated technology and it was really cool to see how they incorporate that into your care. If you're looking for a friendly, caring Dentist and staff, this is the place for you.

I am posting this review for a friend that had a less than positive experience with this office. She has met with unprofessional and downright rude office staff. Just know that one unhappy patient becomes 10 unhappy patients when everyone starts to talk. A simple apology from this office for not adequately doing their job would've made a big difference. Instead my friend is stuck with a huge bill for something that was the offices fault!!! She was told that the dentist himself doesn't take personal calls and won't ever read their complaint email because Bambi in the office will intercept it and read it first. Terrible customer service and hopefully the dentist knows just what's happening in his office!!

Great dentist and hygienist. Heather in billing is the best. The only reason I gave a 3 Star is because of Bambi the receptionist. Every time I’ve called-she is rude and unresponsive. Made my move out of state a pain. And when you ask to talk to someone else-she says that there is no one else to talk to...not even a supervisor.

What kind of Dentist office doesn't enter your correct insurance when it's given, doesn't call for apre-authorization for dental work, come to find out the charges would have been covered 5 months later due to an age restriction, and the the billing manager calls your husband a liar (that he didn't give them the new insurance card, twice). Now, why the jack would I opt to pay for a service I know would be covered 5 months later. Had they called for a pre-authorization, they would have known they had the wrong insurance, and called us for the correct insurance a 3rd time. So based on their assumption, I'm out $444. The office manager said the doctor doesn't take personal phone calls. If anyone knows Michah Jeppessen DDS, please tell him he just lost 5 patients due to a poor staff whom he probably has no idea is treating the patients poorly. The Dentist's daughter or family member even stated that she was surprised they didn't call for a pre-authorization. DO NOT GO HERE! Thankfully my neighbor read the reviews for this office before she sent her family of 4 there! My husband works on base and I am a Mom with many friends locally, I will warn them accordingly.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had a HORRIBLE experience. Was told I had 6 cavities, but then went to another dentist that told me I was fine. He just wants your money to pay for his fancy new office. He also told me he could grind out a tiny chip in my front tooth, but instead took off too much, so then he had to grind my other front tooth to try to make it match. I left with a giant upside down V in my front teeth. When I called to complain to him he told me he wouldn't bill me for it... but he did. I've also had to pay another dentist to put caps on the front of my teeth for his mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE!
