My daughter got her wisdom teeth extracted today at The Dentist's Office. I was able to go back with her until she was settled and the anesthesia began to work. Everything went fine and they were very helpful in answering my questions and very thorough in explaining what needed to be done post surgery. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not need to take her to Reno to have her wisdom teeth removed. We are very lucky to have an oral surgeon who is willing to come to The Dentist Office to treat our community. I would recommend The Dentist Office to anyone who needs oral surgery, especially their wisdom teeth removed.

2nd visit to this exceptional dental office!
Not only are the staff always welcoming and friendly but they are sincere in their care of patients. Today I had a phenomenal experience with the process of getting my first crown! The procedure is state of the art and only one trip. Having been a Reg.Dental Assist ( a long time ago lol) the procedure is truly 21st century..Easy and very little discomfort..Thanks Doc and assistant (sorry I feel bad for forgetting her name) your excellent work is commendable!
And thanks for the repair on my front tooth...if only I could show it off...but alas we wear our mask's!

I would like to thank Dr Calderwood and his assistant for making the extraction of my abscessed tooth a painless and pleasant experience. I was very impressed with his knowledge and skill at administering the anesthetic which made the whole procedure painless. Dr Calderwood and his assistant are a great team. Both are very friendly, easy going and they answered all of my questions, which helped calm my anxiety about the whole procedure. I believe because Dr Calderwood took the time and made sure he removed as much of the infected fluid as possible, there was no pain or swelling the next day.

I waited in lobby for a scheduled appointment 35 minutes without any staff acknowledging me. I asked 3 times, why I had to wait for 35 minutes. I then had to wait another 15 minutes after being taken to the dental side of office, only to watch the scheduled dentist walk around, talk & joke with other employees. I understand when an emergency occurs however, letting a patient wait for almost an hour with no explanation is not right. My time is also valuable. Front desk people should be aware of how long patients are waiting in the lobby.

Went in to get my front tooth cap replaced since I has lost the old one eating BBQ. Staff, as always, was polite and humerus which made me sitting in the chair for about a half hour go by very quickly. And the doc did an outstanding job reshaping and sculpting a new partial front tooth! Excellent office and staff!
