The staff was great and got me checked in as a new patient quickly. Dr Jin was awesome analyzed my situation and allowed me to make a quick but informed decision on my tooth extraction. Even got it done on the same first time visit staying later than normal to help my urgent situation. He is a very caring doctor and looks out to help you with expenses and even gave me a free 3D scan to better assess my situation. I would highly recommend Dr Jin and his staff to everyone I know.

Went in a couple days ago because I was having a toothache on 2 of my molars up top and they got me in right away. Found out what work I needed to get done on my teeth and today I am getting them pulled because of money situation but the doc is always understanding and I only trust him with my teeth because he knows what he is doing and his staff is also knowledgeable. I highly recommend going to him if you need any work done because he is a kind doc and he cares about his patients.

Went in for an extraction and to have one tooth added to my partial. Dr. started with x-ray procedure. I heard the doctor tell me to bite down when the film was in my mouth, he then proceeded to slap my face and tell me not to bite down. Totally unacceptable! He then administered lidocaine to the tooth that was being removed. Immediately after the injection he started the removal process. Not giving the nerve any time to numb. He explain to me if I feel pain to rise my left hand which I did but to no avail he continued the extraction. I suffered severe pain. The office and doctorโs attitude resemble an assembly line, hurry up and get to the next one is The only way I can explain it. Iโm done with this office and will be reporting his actions to the medical board.

We had a great experience with complete Dental. The staff is friendly and nice. The Dr is very nice and perishable. The office is clean and the decor makes you feel comfortable and not like your at stuffy Dr's office. We will continue to use them even though we live about 76 miles away.

Love this dentist so much!! He has top notch equipment. I actually moved out of Las Vegas and to the east coast, but fly back enough to keep Dr. Jin as my dentist.

First time there, and I was treated professionally and respectfully. The doctor and his assistant were friendly and engaging, and answered all of my questions. The staff was polite and accommodating. They went over my treatment plan and everything was very clear. I would highly recommend.
