Dr Sheikh is thee go to Dentist in Las Vegas if you want things done right! I’m getting my veneers done and I just know that because he’s extra thorough and meticulous they will be perfect. The temporaries are so nice I can only imagine what the final product will be. The staff is so helpful, they go out of their way to make you smile. They work with your schedule. The manager Elsi is the best. I been scared to start my treatment in the right place but everything went so smoothly.

While most people dread coming to the dentist office, I on the other hand enjoy going. I have been visiting Dr. Sheikh since I was in my teens, and he along with my favorite dental assistant Caprice always makes me feel welcomed, at home, and appreciated - and not just me, my entire family!! They take care of all of us.

So if you value great customer care and excellent quality work, make sure to visit this Gentle Dental office!! Dr. Sheikh and Caprice will make you feel like family.

The dentist is fantastic the best I've ever had. But I stopped going due to surprise bills months later. Things they said my insurance was paying for and then 4 months after the work being done being told I owed thousands of dollars that had to be paid immediately because they did not except payments. This happened to me twice. I won't ever go back. Which sucks because the dentist was so good. Also the hygienist is horrible. She is so rough my gums were bleeding for hours after my cleaning and it hurt so bad to eat for weeks my mouth was so sore.

The doctors have been great. The front office needs a lot of work. From surprise totals to waiting forever for someone to type in the charges. After your appointment you are directed to sit in the waiting area again for 30-40 minutes for the paperwork. Very unprofessional. Each visit was a different total and a surprise.

DO NOT USE Gentle Dental. As a native Nevadan i recommend seeking an honest private practice. They have no experience will proper billing and will run to see your Care Credit amount you qualify for then charge as much as possible via unnecessary work. I was overcharged when specifically requesting the least expensive crown. They promise to refund you but never do. They refuse to email your x-rays when you leave and do not return calls. It is a poorly ran office with unqualified billing managers and employees. Has a third world feel to it. The most upsetting thing is seeing the hard working customers being misled and overcharged. I did file a complaint with the Dental Board and highly recommend anyone considering Gentle Dentals to make an appointment with a private practice dentist office in the valley. Gs reputation is very poor and frowned upon by the community. Save yr money by getting quality work done elsewhere.

I went 3 time and they never performed the procedure....I still have the infected broken tooth in my mouth. The first visit was for x-rays this was expected I was told for my second visit I would have the procedure done however this was a consultation I also understood this and was okay with the consultation I'm aware this may be needed. The amount of the procedure was more than I could afford so I requested to have to tooth surgically removed this is what the first procedure discussed due to me having some extra bone where the tooth would be pulled and possibly causing the tooth to break while coming come out. I clarified if another consultation was needed I was told no and quoted a price that included my deductible for the surgical procedure I also clarified my appointment was for surgically tooth removal and the price quoted was for this as well. When I got to the office for that last appointment to have the tooth removed they attempted a general tooth removal after they told me they could not perform this procedure due to the etra bone at the root of my tooth also lets keep in mind I had to take this time off of work because they are not open on weekends also I'm sure they billed my insurance for ever visit as well, this tooth is still infected they also clarified this information while 3 month and 3 visits later all my vacation used until next year and they told me i would have to return for another consultation for the sergical removal and then set appointment to actually have the tooth removed becase they attempt to pull did not work🙄. I guess since I can't afford to take anymore days off I'm stuck with this tooth making me sick🤢 until next year please dnt patronize this facility your health is not their concern🥺.

I love this place, couldnt find any other Dr like Dr. Aman, he is great at what he does, super nice and patient. Gentle Dental on Charleston no matter how far i move will forever be my dentist and now my kids dentist as well. Everyone from front office to back chair is amazing!

The staff and Dentist is awesome. They always have a positive attitude even if I don't. If I didn't come in with a smile I leave with one. I would like give a special thank you the Doctor's assistant Caprice. She was so kind and positive when I got my fillings put in.

Great Practice!! I cannot stress enough that this should be your Dentist. Doctor is Very ethical and overall great clinician!

Shout out to Santiago! He was very informative and really listened on what my concerns are. He was able to come up with a treatment plan that worked within my budget and was able to put me at ease about the entire process! He is the absolute best, and I am very fortunate to have stepped foot in this establishment!!

I have been seeing Dr. Sheikh for 12 yrs. Him and Caprice have been awesome and treat me like family and very caring. My kids love coming to them as well. Little secret Dr. Sheikh can do magic tricks. 😉
