Poor Service Insurance Issues Denture Problems

Unless things change......they really messed up 5 star rating from me. I had severe bone loss in my upper jaw therefore my teeth were not solid and had approx 7 left on my upper jaw. He suggested pulling those and getting a set of dentures along with 2 on the bottom for a partial. He said the insurance has approved it all and i will be scheduled to see Dr. Glyman for tooth removal. This began September of 2014 by the way. I agreed since that was his professional opinion. I got to the office of the surgeon and he didnt have the two bottom teeth on the list from Gentle Dentle but i had a pink oiece of paper from Gentle Dentle stating all upper by tooth # and bottom #29-#30. I showed that yo the surgeon and we went on with the surgery. Once all the teeth were pulled, i went back to him for the dentures--- weeks later. They looked great but when they put them in my mouth apparently my mouth was still swollen and the dentures wouldnt fit properly. I can understand .... So i came back a few more times to see if the swelling went down so they would finally fit. Well guess what ... They still didnt fit. They have filed the teeth down so many times that i dont have much of a "tooth" in the back that is supposed to be a molar in which i chew with. I mean who chews with their front teeth? Anyway, they told me they couldnt file anymore and away i went quite mad!! They told me after that they could no longer accept my insurance and i would have to see someone else. I am not done with them yet! They will have to fix these teeth or i wont change my review. When my insurance says things have been approved months ago and this office says the opposite. Now my insurance said the doctor only pulled two teeth on the bottom and that wasnt enough to warrant a partial so have no teeth that fit the upper and i have a hole where the partial should be. Hmmmmm yea ill recommend you to friends and family.... NOT!!
