Camping With The Cups
I am terrified of the dentist. My first visit, everyone was friendly and so patient with me. They listened to my fears and did everything possible to calm them. Had two molars extracted with bone grafts and a deep cleaning, under sedation. Had almost no pain first two days and minimal pain on the third. The Drs and assistants explained everything in detail, and all so friendly. I am no longer afraid to get work done. Thank you so much for everything!! Julie

Staff is very friendly, however they don’t check your insurance and expect you to pay as a cash patient. They charged me $75 for my initial visit and I know that was incorrect because I have dental insurance. Then after they did my x-rays I was told that it would be $900 for bonding. I went to be seen at my regular dentist the following week I only paid $119 for the same exact service. Turns out my insurance did actually cover it. Always good to have a backup dentist when your normal dentist isn’t available but this will definitely not be my backup.

The doctors told me I had over $10,000 of dental work needed. 5 crowns a bunch of cavities. I brush my teeth very well. They ended up pulling on of my teeth in the very back. I went and got a second opinion and my teeth are in perfect condition. SCAM DENTISTRY. If a denist tells you that you have cavities with only an x-ray. That's a bunch of bull. I'm curious to know if I even needed that tooth pulled.

They were so helpful and made my wisdom tooth removal easy and fast. They made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. They are so good at explaining everything so you understand and accommodate all your needs and more. My mom goes here because she's deathly afraid of the dentist and they are so nice to her and really help her stay calm. They give you blankets and music to listen to while you're there and always make sure you're okay. I love this place!

I would never ever go there again. They refused to work with my insurance which is one of the best policies out there through anthem Blue Cross. Felt like a chop shop or they were trying to upsell me and charge me a full cash price before even knowing what I needed for sure. Office manager or owner was extremely rude and said that I was not a good fit for that office all because I had questions about my insurance for which they said I was in network. The other dentist said this was a hobby of his and I was looking for more of a professional approach. I walked out of the office completely disgusted at the service and how they treated me. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy.

Not happy at all!! Went in because of a broken tooth. Given a treatment plan which included other work. Told them i wanted the extraction only and wanted the cost to do just that. I was Told i had to have Derek cleaning along with extraction. I asked the cost of each service and was told they could not give me pricing on individual services. So the total for deep cleaning and an extraction would have cost me $700 and that was with insurance that would have covered 80% of my services. And to add insult to injury, I payed $75.

I have been coming to this office since about 2016 and love it. All the doctors are great. Dr. Mai is, so chill and Dr. Richards is like your friend who just happens to be a dentist. I put Dr. Richards to work today on a tooth extraction and he didn't complain once and kept asking me how I was doing. Andre cleaned my teeth and did such a good job. I didn't realize I had so much buildup. If you are looking for a dentist office come check them out.

I love my new dentist as well as the very friendly staff. Going to the dentist has always been a nightmare for me and caused me much anxiety but Hi Tech Dental put me at ease. The staff is very friendly and all the dentist there are patient, understanding and catered to me as an individual. I felt more like a family member as they went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this office to everyone. Thank you so much Hi Tech Dental for all that you have done and will do for the betterness of my dental hygiene and maintenance. It took 34 years but this office has finally made me smile.
