They are extremely efficient and very friendly. You feel like family more with each appointment as the staff gets to know you and learns your treatment plan. They can work with special financing options as well as customized treatment plans that work best for you. They offer sedation which is 100% worth the cost. Most importantly, the lab they work with for any partials or dentures is top of the line. By taking time with each patient, it truly shows in the results and in the level of ease you have going to the dentist. I one million percent recommend this office and all of their staff to anyone looking for a dentist.

I came in very anxious and they went out of the was to create the most calming environment for me. The kindness and patience they expressed was top notch.
Ericka was like my personal dental angel, there to keep my anxiety down before my procedure. Dr. Lee explained everything to me and made sure every single question I had was understood. (I apologize I forgot the woman’s name in the beautiful white lace pantsuit, but your gentleness and spirit truly are a special gift. Thank you for playing Hawaiian music for my twilight. I walked in today in pain specifically asking for a root canal. Only to find out AFTER being charged $75 that the dentist does not perform root canals. She stated that she is not a specialist. This visit was a total waste of time and money. I told them that I already have a referral, antibiotics and pain medication. This was also notated in the e-signed documents. I came in for an emergency DENTAL PROCEDURE, and got nothing but inconvenienced. She said she did an exam because "she doesn't know me". She didn't read the questionnaire that I filled out in the lobby? Low-tech dental Care robbed me on Christmas Day.

I Absolutely Love Hi Tech Dental. They are very friendly and professional. I have a very small mouth and they took care of my crown, tooth pull, and fillings and now down to the deep cleaning. I had sedation for my tooth pull and crown. Was awesome I didn’t feel a thing 😂👍😇. I will keep going back to them. Thankyou so much for everything you do for me and Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Read the reviews as all the negative comments are very accurate. I did not read the reviews and went do to severe dental pain. One botched procedure later and no help after procedure lead to a medical emg. to repaired properly. How they have a valid license is unimaginable. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Price gouging along with inferior dental work await otherwise.

Total Rip off. Left me in pain. They take your $75.00 and try to upsell you like a used car man. They do not care about your comfort. only about Taking your money. Stay away.

Payed 2 times they price for tooth extraction they won't give price ahead of time .they did so good job stitching but refused to give pain med and couldn't be bothered to give me paperwork to give to my dentist on work they did lied to my face once they get the money they don't care!!!!

I am extremely irritated. I specifically asked if they accept my insurance. They waited until I arrived and was in the chair to disclose that they do not accept my insurance. Apparently I am not the only person they did this to because there was someone else that was yelling and upset about the same issue. What a complete big waste of time.

They are a scam!!! They offered me a treatment plan of 5084. 00 for an implant. I sign the agreement. They ask if I wanted to use my insurance, I gave them my card. They did not tell me my package was null an void by doing this. One day before getting my tooth(8 month later). They said I owed 648.00 more plus they got 867.00 from my insurance. I call them on the charges. They said when you use your insurance it changes the way we bill. In stead of 5084. It was 6640( including x-ray. 1600 dollar more by using my insurance. They had to know this when I gave them my card, did not tell me until 8 months later that they re packaged my treatment. I asked why not tell me, I wouldn’t of used my insurance. They said well we didn’t know what they would cover. BUT, they knew they were going to take away the package o signed. They made 1600 more because they had me use my insurance. This is classic bait and switch. If my plan changed they should have informed me that with insurance it was going to be more. Seem like this would be illegal but, the financial agreement says. This is a package fee and if broken the fee does go up due to paying for everything individual. I didn’t break it, they did when they didn’t tell me by giving them my card that it would break it.

Never in my life have I ever been swindled by a doctors office. I called and explained my fiance hasn't slept due to broken tooth. I explained he needs it to be extracted. The receptionist said they can extract on the same day. I asked how much the total cost would be due to he doesn't have insurance he's paying cash. She said it would be $75 for consultation and x-rays and an additional $200 to preform tooth extraction. He sat in doctors office for 2hrs paid the $75 for xray and consultation. And than they tell him he has to pay $650 for the extraction. He asked to speak with supervisor for being misinformed on pricing. The nurse refused to get a supervisor and said that they don't have any supervisor in their office there's nothing they can do. They refused to give him a refund for consultation and x-rays even though their employee lied in order to swindle us into coming in. This is by far the worst business ever and I will be making a report to both the BBB AND SOCIAL MEDIA IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU HAVE A TOOTH EMERGENCY DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT THE PRICE AND TRY TO OVER CHARGE YOU UPON ARRIVAL.
