This place is a joke. For a first time patient at this office, bad front desk customer service. The assistant cleaned the equipment with Clorox wipes and grabbed something to put in my mouth with the same Clorox wipes and handled it to me. After one hour waiting, I wanted to know why it was taken so long, well, there was no dentist hygienist and the doctor was supposed to do an evaluation to know what type of cleaning I needed. But the front desk told me that no cleaning would be performed on that day. I was like are you kidding me? I scheduled this appointment to come to do my semestral cleaning. This place has a lack of organization and it is dirty. A few days later, I got a phone call asking me to confirm my day of birth when All my information was filled out online and they confirmed twice in office. What JOKE.

So far great service and quick check in and out! I have seen one provider and she didn’t jump to wanting to do invasive procedures as a first option, which was great.

Consider going somewhere else. They seem to work really slow and inefficiently, based on my experience with other dentists. I went in for a root canal on a premolar. The first visit (for the root canal only) took nearly 6 hours, from when I sat down on the dentist's chair to when I finally walked out with a temporary crown. Unfortunately and as expected, I had to go back again before getting a permanent crown. My second visit was to have a crown lengthening procedure done, which only took about a hour. However, it took another two hours before I had a new temporary crown done. My third visit was to get a permanent crown and surprisingly this took nearly four hours; a couple of hours to make a permanent crown and a couple of hours to get it installed.
I have had a root canal before on a molar at a different dentist office. The overall process that time took an hour for the root canal, an hour to get fitted for a crown and have some fillings done, and less than hour to get the permanent crown installed. This also took three visits.
From what I noticed, one dentist moves around between multiple patients, starting procedures and stopping halfway, moving on to a new patient...and one is stuck waiting 10-15 minutes at a time. After a couple of rotations, 10-15 minutes adds up. This is probably fine for routine checkups, fillings, and cleanings, but don't attempt to do something more invasive in this rotation.
It is extremely unlikely that I will be returning to this location. I went there initially because it was so close to where I live and I was already in a bit of pain. I will not be so casual about choosing a dentist next time.

The practice cancelled on me TWICE in a row my appointment with my dentist. I actually cut short a trip to Europe so that I could see my dentist and they canceled on me less than 2 hours before my appointment. I don't care how good they are but this is really unacceptable by any reasonable measure of standard fom any business. Well, they just lost mine!

I had my first appointment at Montecito Town Center Dental and it was great! The staff was nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Ghobrial was thorough and answered all my questions. Would recommend!

After cracking a tooth, they wanted to put in a harder crown. I had to wait 2 weeks for it and then they tried to move the appt because the original doctor wasnt in. Not my fault. Another doctor put the crown in and they swore it wouldnt come out. Well here we are, my crown came out and now they can't fit me in. Wonderful! They wanted me to wait 2 weeks to have it put back in! So now I have to leave work early to go to them instead of fixing it on a Saturday. And i bet they're going to charge me again.! Not happy with this at all. If you like to be unsold on products, this is the place.

TIPS for root canal, wear a sweater, bring headphones! Doc will tell you when to crank the music up and you won’t hear a thing! HUGE difference!
