NEA Dentistry - Family & Emergency Dentistry

I have been a patient at NEA Dentistry from the time I moved to Las Vegas in late February 2020. Dr. Bonifatto, my dental hygienist Mike, and the other staff members are EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this dental practice as I receive EXCELLENT care there. Everyone there is kind, warm, and compassionate. I wholeheartedly give the people there FIVE STARS!

I have been a patient here for nearly ten years and I won't go anywhere else. All of the office staff is incredible; friendly and engaged with patients. They go above and beyond to be helpful and there's very little turn over so I've been seeing the same staff for ten years. I just had two fillings on opposite sides done and it was quick and painless. I was a little worried when I heard of Dr. Barin's death because she'd always been my dentist and I was very happy with her but her practice is upholding the same excellent standards. I cannot recommend this office strongly enough!

Dr. Bonifatto is very professional, kind and knowledgeable, he took over the work of another doctor and immediately knew what to do like it's a continuation of his own work. Let me tell you; they were 3 teeth to work on simultaneously and is not a joke to perform this kind of work Easley.

Last but not least the staff in the office between the office manager and the assistant are knowledgeable, super nice and helpful.

This dentistry has had its fair share of ups and downs with a revolving door of hygienists and staff. The one thing I can appreciate is that this dentistry listens to their patients' concerns. They've worked with my insurance on my behalf to get my cleanings covered in full. The doctor is extremely friendly. I love NEA and will be trying to persuade my husband to go here simply because of how efficient the hygienist is and I didn't walk out cringing at the thought of my next appointment!

I have been going to this office for more than 5 years and have had nothing but great experiences each time. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to treat each patient as if they were family. Dr. Bonifatto is patient, caring, kind, and has a gentle hand getting tough work done. He explains everything in an easy way to understand and you are never left in the dark. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a long term dentist.

Doctor Bonafitto is caring and takes the time to answer questions about concerns with dental issues, and does a thorough exam after cleaning. Hygienist Mike is very knowledgeable and the best I've been to in 13 years.

Like a lot of people I’ve always hated going to the dentist (no offense). The people at NEA are so great, they really know customer service. They are always so helpful, polite and always have a sunny disposition. I wish I had found Dr. Bonifatto sooner. He is attentive and easy to communicate with. And he never makes me feel bad or self conscious. Now I have no hesitation if I need to go to the dentist. Finally, I found a dentist worth going to. Thank you! 😁

I switched dentist about a year ago and it’s been a great experience so far. The staff is very friendly, helpful and nice. My dental hygienist, Michael, is great and very personable. And Dr. Bonifatto has been awesome both times I’ve been in there for my routine visits.

Vegas is known for many businesses to be here for 6 months and gone. Once they know they are out they charge higher prices and do far less work.

I have been going here for almost 10 years and the service has been great, great cleaning, great people, they go through each step and it feels like a real business doing real work.

This past visit had a new Dr. First time they didn't do xrays, walks in with someone who was chatting with them like a game show host trying to over act a great office time.

This was followed up almost immediately by I need a crown and cavity filled without even starting to look to see if worse or more is needed but on a year old xray that was stated not needed last year , also tries a sell a tooth guard for grinding and my teeth. The length are the same since 30+ years.

This was then followed up by the person cleaning my teeth doing less than half the normal clean time of past visits. They usually use a tool to measure gap size and rather than going through that step says the all grew about 1-2 more and all need a deep cleaning.

I rated this as a 3 because in the past they were great and there may be hope for the original Dr feel again. My family used to do dental ceramics so there is a feel for finding honest dentists not over selling work. This is the first time I went to this office and felt the typical fly by night greasy salesman feel from 2 separate people.
