NEA Dentistry - Family & Emergency Dentistry

After my dental visit today at NEA DENTISTRY, I was referred to a specialist for possible implant placements. I spoke with MJ. I got very excited to start treatment. I look forward to my appointment in December. I would like to add that my experience was amazing. Thank you MJ and staff!!

Horrible nothing but downhill ever since katy left they are trying to change me and my dad for work that we didn’t even agree too and take it Upon themselves to do the work and expects us to pay for it without even knowing it wasn’t even covered by our insurance just do the work without your knowledge and charge you for something you didn’t agree too ! Hopefully this didn’t happen to you! Great work NEA DENTISTRY. learn how to be a real business.

I have been going to NEA dentistry for over 7 years, back when Dr Barin owned it. Unfortunately since 2017 there has been a lot of change consistently. Three different dentists, recently the front desk staff changed. The only consistency in the last 1-2 years has been my hygienist, Trisha, who is amazing!
Well today when I walked into my 6 month appt I was informed that the cash priced increased $30, (now $180) without any notice. I did receive the email about the new dentist but it seemed as if the other was still there which was not the case. And this new dentist, Dr. Bonifatto, is not conservative like the past dentist(s). Immediately has a treatment plan for me with a handful of concerns.
Increase cash price/ treatment plan= looks like you are just wanted to make money.
The office has definitely lost its appeal for me as I also drive 30 minutes to go there. Not worth it anymore.

I called a new dentist closer to my area of town/ referred by my best friend who had stopped going to NEA and their cash price is what I was originally paying at NEA so prices haven’t been increasing, only at NEA with a new dentist. Which NEA should have notified their patients prior to check in.

UPDATE: saw my new dentist that I made an appt for immediately after Dr. Bonifatto’s “treatment plan including that I had a handful of cavities”. The new dentist after a full panel of X-rays and full exam, no issues at all, no cavities, no concerns”. Glad I walked out of NEA Dentistry.

I am a new and very happy patient. Like many people, I have some dental anxiety. In my home state of Massachusetts I was very comfortable with my dentist there and moving to Las Vegas I was sorry to lose my dentist. After having a broken filling fixed at NEA yesterday my moving/dental anxiety has greatly lessened. The procedure was quick, minimally uncomfortable, and the staff friendly. I highly recommend!

Awful. I would give zero stars if possible. They try to sell you a fluoride treatment that is not needed. This new ownership is terrible. Since Dr Barin is no longer there this place is a poorly-run rip off center. Dentist is rude and ignorant.

Our family of 6 loves Dr Katy Barin! They are warm and friendly when you come in and have a great staff that can see more than one person at a time so that there is never a long wait. Dr. Barin was caring and took time to explain all of our care and was willing to listen to our concerns and address them appropriately. A great location, very modern and full of amenities like water, magazines and TV. We would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone young or old.

This dentist is full of friendly people!! The hygienist and doctor are very inviting and genuinely concerned for your dental health. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a dentistry that exceeds their expectations with a welcoming and comfortable environment!

NEA Dentistry does it’s work for new patients like me in a professional and expeditious manner. It always helps to keep insurance current for dental care to make sure the work you need can be completed without anxiety in personal finances and your dental hygiene is up to par with minimum discomfort.

I like many are not fans of going to the dentist, BUT the staff and doc at NEA are over the top when it comes to creating an experience worth going back for:). Everyone there are personable and great at what they do!!!

First time patient to this dental office. As a new patient, I was able to do all of my new patient paperwork online. This is something I really like being able to do instead of filling out new patient forms in the office.

I’m a very impressed with both Dr. Simonis and his staff. I am very particular about my dentist and hygienist. Dr. Simonis doesn’t rush through the exam and took his time answering my questions. My hygienist did a great job taking time not to aggravate those sensitive areas we all have.
I have found my permanent home with Dr. Simonis and his friendly staff.
