Spring Valley Dentist Office

Aside from some miscommunications with appointment scheduling (which I attribute to the COVID-19 pandemic), I found the quality of service to be quite good, and am overall satisfied with the experience. The ability to check in and fill out all the medical history questions online prior to my appointment was nice.

I've lived in this area for years and have had many different dentists. I arrived at this conveniently located modern office as a patient defensive because of past up sell tactics with many previous dentists. I did not find that here. Dr. Evans takes the time to understand your needs, makes appropriate recommendations based upon your best interest, provides great service at affordable prices, works with insurance and his digital x-rays are by far the best I have ever seen.

I really didn’t want to write this but I guess I have to look for a new regular dentist after today. I got a bridge put in ($2500 no insurance so I paid out of pocket cash for this). My appointment was at 1 and I didn’t get seen til about 1:40 I was then told by the Dentist that he had just spent the last “half hour,” “talking down,” his previous patient who was extra nervous about being at the dentist. That’s great for her, not so great for me who was kept waiting during her spontaneous therapy session.
After we got underway, the assistant, Serenity took a metallic instrument to the instrument to the inside of my mouth (I think it was a laser) and did so with all the delicacy of a bull in a china shop. I lost count how many times she banged me in my teeth with it (which may seem like nothing from the outside but when it’s the inside of your mouth it felt like she was using a socket wrench in there.) She even missed my mouth one one try and banged me straight on in my glasses sending my head backwards. I wanted to tell her, “Slow down, it’s the inside of my mouth!”
While I was waiting for my bridge to be 3D printed, the staff were gathered in their meeting area and I think they were watching funny videos on the internet or something and the office suddenly became really loud like a high school lunch room. I’m no Debbie Downer but it seemed unbecoming of a place of business, not to mention a medical office.
Next came another assistant, Andrea, to fit my mouth with the bridge. She told me it would take 20 minutes to print and cool down. An hour later they came in still cooling it off. What? I attempted to ask why the delay but I got the runaround so I dropped it.
The dentist came back in and it had taken so long that he wanted to numb my mouth again. Are you serious? The four needles I already had had in my mouth earlier in the the beginning hadn’t been enough? I refused and just powered through the pain of putting in the bridgework.
I was there for a little over three and half hours. This seems a bit excessive to me. I don’t feel like the attention and care I was given was of high level of professionalism nor was it commensurate to the thousands of dollars I had paid for the service.
I had good experiences with this office in the past but I am so disappointed in my experience there today that I’m pretty sure I would like to try someplace else that respects your time and the thousands of dollars worth of business I gave them.

Very grateful! The staff was very nice and facility was wonderful. Ive been to two other dentist offices prior to this visit and had bad luck. Spring Valley Dentists knocked it out the park. I received a couple fillings and an extraction day of. Im not sure what the other reviewers are talking about because this place was by far cheaper than all my previous appointments! Thanks again!

I really enjoyed the people in the office but the visit was really long for the first time my doctor was great will return for work up and cleaning

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I appeared two different times for an appointment, both of which I had an appt card for only to be told I wasn't scheduled. So missed time off work both days. On top of that, there are so many different specialist there, one hand has no idea what the other hand is doing. My 2nd visit in they wanted to pull my teeth, before I had even had a consultation. They charged and made partials now only to be told that I have a consultation to see if the work even needs to b done.... After I paid in full!!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I highly recommend this wonderful dentist office! I fractured my tooth at home in Colorado, I couldn't get an appointment for 2 months! I saw Spring Valley Dentist sign so I walked in. Within 2 hour's my tooth was fixed! The broken piece was removed along with the old medal filling, a new white filling ! Okay now the best part the price.. around $200.00 !! Not kidding! At home it would have cost triple that amount!
I'm making my yearly appointment here every year we come to Vegas!

Amazing experience as a tourist. Got me in at short notice, took xrays had an examination and explained all my options. In the end they recommended I wait and have more extensive treatment elsewhere when I have time and didn’t charge me a cent!! Very professional people. Thanks especially to Ashley the office manager who took all the extra time to explain everything thoroughly.

Dr. Evans is made of awesome sauce!!

This was 100% hands down the BEST dental experience of my life. Professional, efficient, and reasonably priced!! ZERO PAIN! Plenty of numbing for my crown and fillings. What a pleasure, honestly do yourself a favor call them ;)
