I was in need of an Emergency visit for an abcessed tooth.(I HAVE NO INSURANCE) I called- and same day they saw me. The girl on the phone and front desk knew exactly what she was doing asked for everything and put me in. I was already happy with the phone service but check in was a breeze as well (GREAT STAFF!) SINCE I DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE THEY DID NOT MAKE ME PAY FOR THE XRAYS OR EXAM (THANK YOU). THE DENTAL ASSISTANT WAS SO GREAT HE GOT RIGHT TO THE XRAYS AND HAD ME IN A ROOM QUICKLY. ( HE WAS REALLY GREAT, GOOD PERSONALITY TOO) The Dr. did not keep me waiting long. DR.EVANS IS THE BEST HE SAW WHAT WAS WRONG, GAVE ME OPTIONS, AND WAS SO KIND. I decided to extract my tooth ( let me tell you , I was scared!!!! I actually started shaking) BUT DR. EVANS AND HIS ASSISTANCE ASSURED ME I"D BE FINE - IT WAS PAINLESS 2 MINUTES! THE DENTIST OBVIOUSLY IS A PRO! I am so pleased by this office. Even the billing lady was great! She let me know my options and gave me a discount since I didn't have insurance. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE THEY'RE AWESOME! ( and I HATE the dentist, and have no insurance!) Nice clean place as well!

Darwin evans is a amazing dentist his staff is awesome patient and kind and compassionate for their guests when they come in to have dental work I wouldn't go anywhere else but here both myself my wife and my son go here if I could give more stars I would thank you Spring Valley dentist office.

Worst Customer Service ever the receptionist was rude and hung up on me.
Informed the receptionist i was highly referred to their office and the reply was we don't work with that insurance.Wow! Again i said they came highly recommended she then hung up.

It’s been along time since I’ve seen a dentist. When I went to Spring Valley Dentist Office I didn’t even get a lecture. The visit was fast and simple, more importantly it was painless!

I see that they are real busy all the time but, it's no excuse making people wait for more than 20 minutes when trying to check in. Also, I had to wait a long time before anyone answer the phone calls. Their excuses are they are super busy all the time. If they are that busy, they should hire more employees.

I went to the office today i am scheduled today at 11 so I showed up but to my surprised the scheduler said the hygienist is not available that time and I did not get or receive any email or message really sucks I won't recommend this dental office 😒They really wanted my time.We will find another dental clinic.

Wait time for your scheduled appointment is minimal--that's always a good thing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Practitioners are knowledgeable.

The staff is excellent. I was on vacation when suddenly I began to have tooth aches. I did not know what to do. I went to this dental office. Problem solved. Thankyou
