I love this office! The staff is wonderful, and the office is clean and beautiful. They never make you wait long, and even though most of us would probably not choose to spend our free time at the dentist, if you have to, it’s nice to do it here. I would recommend True Dentistry to anyone!

I have been going to the same dentist for 25 years and had to switch due to insurance. I was recommended to this dentist by my co-worker. I was very nervous going to a new dentist. When you walk in it’s very inviting and warm. Lauren cleaned by teeth, and had to get a deep cleaning. She did a great job. Lauren is very professional and very attentive. Made me feel very welcomed.

I first came here to get help with TMJ that I received from another dental office. I liked this office so much that I came here for my cleanings. And then to fix my bridge. Workers here are very nice. My dental assistant is Joanna. She did my scans on the very first visit and it was the first time that I actually had fun in a dental office. Shes so nice to work with and makes me feel very comfortable. Also she’s very fun to talk to. Dr Waltrip is the best dentist I’ve ever seen. I had to get a tooth extraction and bone graft and she came to talk to me before the procedure and made me very comfortable as I have major dental anxiety. That was very nice and never happened to me before. True Dentistry is very modern with new technology. Very clean office! I highly recommend here for all your dental needs.

Staff is always friendly and kind. Dr. Brown was responsive and addressed my questions. The hygienist, Gina, was very careful to avoid my sensitive areas and suggested a product to address the sensitivity long-term. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had! I recently had wisdom teeth removed and had a terrible experience at the other dentist (who is not affiliated with True Dentistry at all) and needed guidance post op on how my teeth are healing since. Dr. Joe and his staff are so welcoming, kind, and friendly! The front desk has excellent communication, I called and got right through with no holding, it took three minutes to book my appointment over the phone! They accommodated to my schedule perfectly, I got the exact date I wanted for my appointment. When I arrived, I noticed how clean and beautiful the office is! I was taken to a private room and had an x-ray taken and the entire experience was very comfortable. I was treated like a person, not just a nameless patient. I could tell they weren’t just out to make money, they really do care about their patients. Karen, Heaven, and Dr. Joe were all amazing and I’m so glad I chose True Dental! I plan to come back for all future cleanings and any other dental work. 10/10 experience!

True Dentistry was by far the best dentist I have ever been too! Kayla, Jackie and Dr. Waltrip were the best to deal with. Best customer service, made me feel comfortable the whole time and they made sure I understood everything about my X-rays , and procedures that will need to be done for my teeth. I look forward to going back and seeing them on a steady basis. Totally recommend them for anyone who has trouble with dentists. Thank you True Dentistry for a great first experience!
UPDATE!
Went back for my second time to get some evaluations and was greeted by Kayla. Really professional. My assistant was Amber and she was very caring and asked a lot of questions about my situation and pain. She was kind and courteous and took her time to explain the process with X-rays and waiting for the doctor. Dr. Browne was extremely thorough with looking at my X-rays , looking at my teeth and the problems I was having. He explained everything that needed to be done to fix my current situation and explained what future work I might need if I don't keep up to date with cleanings. Again, just another prefect visit with the same prefect staff and company! I honestly couldn't trust dentists before but after my dealing with this company I can say I'm not worried at all. Great team, great atmosphere and I can't wait for the great results they produce! Thank you Kayla, Amber and Dr.Browne!
