I was blown away by this dentist’s service and care. Everyone in the office has a great attitude. They were each highly professional, caring, courteous and friendly. In addition, their system makes it to where check-in is a breeze. We did the online paperwork which took about five minutes. When my husband checked in they just had to take his picture and that’s it and they had him in the back within a few minutes. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. They are great. We’re so happy we finally found our permanent dentist!

The staff in Dr. Mike’s office is top notch. They are super friendly and they listen to your concerns. They make you feel like you’re part of their family. I always feel very comfortable and at ease when I visit. (That’s saying a lot because I really dislike going to the dentist.) Dr. Mike is an excellent Dentist. I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff.

Today was my first day coming here and it was the best dental experience I've ever had. Everyone there is so welcoming and supportive, they really make you feel cared about. I am so happy that this will be my dentist. Christina and Dr. Atencio are wonderful and caring people. I really appreciate this dentist! I would definitely recommend coming here!

From the moment I opened the door to the office I was received with warm smiles. The staff took me in and gently was worked on. I felt comfortable and at ease. I immediately liked the doctor when he came to greet me with a smile and friendly talk about what needed to be done priority wise. I highly recommend this office and staff. Fantastic staffs are wonderful especially Felicia who cleaned my choppers.. Dr. Atencio is very knowledgeable & nice. Both my husband & I totally recommend them for your dentistry care. We went through 2 other dentists before finding Dr. Atencio & we couldn't be happier especially when they are moving very close to us. Wish I can give them an extra star just because the environment is so relaxing.

Atencio is hands down the best dentist I’ve been too. Anna Jane is my hygienist and she is always so kind and really cares about my experience. She always asks me about sensitivity and makes sure I’m feeling comfortable. Not only that but she always answers my questions even if I have a lot of them! I love this dentist office!

Absolute best experience I have ever had at a dentist office.. I have had horrible past experiences, and avoided the dentist like the plague. Sarah was absolutely amazing, and calmed my nerves instantly.. she was wonderful at explaining each step. My experience with Dr. Atencio was short, but he seemed extremely intelligent and had great bedside manner.

Just moved to Reno. I've had a lot of different dentists in the past, at one point I had 4 dentists over the course of 2.5 years and interestingly, even sometimes within 6 months of each other, the recommendations for treatments varied widely from going to one Dentist that said everything looked good to another 6 months later recommending $3,500 worth of crowns.
So I was very careful to read all reviews sources. The bonus was that Dr. Atencio was about to open a new office in South Reno that was even closer to me! The new office is beautiful. Check-in super efficient. Not a long wait. EXCELLENT Hygenist! Doctor said everything looked good. Not recommendations for expensive treatments I didn't really need.

Felicia Milton is the best Hygenist I have ever had and Dr. Atencio takes time with his patients and gave me painless fillings. This office is top notch and has a very homey feel inside. Cant recommend them enough!
