Wildcreek Dental

Re doing my review because a lot has happened since then. Dr Bray did a procedure on two fillings. A couple months later I got my braces taken off and my orthodontist mentioned I had really bad cavities forming and needed to get them checked asap. I called Dr Bray and told them two of the fillings they worked on were messed up and they immediately started with “ come in and take more X-rays” I’m obviously not giving them money when they messed up on me
So I said no! They called me back telling me to FIND A NEW dentist. I found a new one who FIXED everything and even emailed them a detailed report on what they did wrong ( Wildcreek insisted that they needed that before anything else) Got a call back saying that they were going to refund me the portion that I paid. Keep in mind since it hasn’t been two years I owe everything on the teeth that were fixed (over 500$)
My new dentist warned me this might happened so when I mentioned that I had to report it to insurance then they said “ohh let me see if doctor will do that”
It’s been weeks since this happened and I haven’t received any refund and I live across the street!! The lady says it’s out of their hands because it’s in the usps mail now but she obviously has a tracking number but yet usps hasn’t done anything with it? Sounds like just the tracking was created and nothing was dropped off. I just want my money back so I can move on with my life.
I would not recommend this place to absolutely anyone!! Just give me by money back

I had my first cleaning at this office and my experience was peaceful & friendly. The staff are wonderful & professional. Place is convenient, clean, & quiet! I usually switch Drs, for any practice, when there's something I don't like. I'm very picky, and Dr. Bray's office is a 💎!!

I highly recommend Wildcreek dentist! I am super happy I found this place! My experience with Wildcreek Dentist goes on beyond words! When I first walked in I was super terrified, but once I spoke to the front desk person and explained how it was my first time at a dentist in 10 years she was able to calm me down and reassure me that I was in good hands. Every staff I met was super friendly and welcoming so much I forgot about how nervous I was. So far, I have only gone for a cleaning and a tooth filling which both visits I had were very pleasant experiences. I was very happy with my tooth filling because I had that tooth messed up for like (15 plus) years and now I can smile with confidence. Overall, the great part about this place it was quick and staff is very knowledgable giving you that reassurance that they know what they are doing.

They got me in for a same day appointment for a toothache and had me in an exam chair getting an x-ray within minutes of arriving. Dr. Cope (and all of the technicians and assistants) were awesome. They were very attentive to my concerns, gentle with the examination and Dr. Cope was very thorough about explaining the causes of my pain and my options. They didn't offer me any unnecessary procedures even though they knew my insurance would cover the bill. It's rare to find a medical practice that treats you like a patient and not a customer in 2019. If I was a local resident, this would be my primary dental caregiver, no question.

Dr Cope is amazing. All the staff and dr is so friendly and kind. They really care about their patients. I just had a filling and no pain at all. Was totally done in 20 minutes with exceptional work. Just go see them at Wildcreek Dental they will take care
of you with pleasure! Thank you Dr Cope and staff.

I saw Dr. Cope today for the first time and had a tooth extracted. Dr. Cope and his assistant Sarah were very nice. Dr. Cope is very good at giving injections I did not feel a thing. I need to have more dental work done and I will definitely be coming back soon for my next appointment.

Wildcreek dental is amazing! From the front desk and assistants to the hygienists and Dr. Bray, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! I couldn’t ask for a better dentist to take care of me!

So I had a pretty tough procedure done by Dr. Bray. I had four crowns put in my top front teeth. I had no idea what a difficult, time-consuming, and for me painful procedure it was. I am very sensitive when it comes to my teeth. The bottom line is she did an amazing job and she did whatever it took to make it right if there were any problems I had. I am super happy with the outcome and thankful to her and her team. They are really great as well.

Not a great experience. They were not efficient in their admin, and told me things were covered and then billed me. The dentist was unable to do a root canal but took over an hour drilling away and then sent me to a specialist. I would not recommend this company.
