Dr Austin is an outstanding dentist and his staff are exceptional. His work is top notch and painless. Its very rare to find a dentist this good at what he does. I would gladly drive twice as far with a tooth ache to see Dr Austin before I would go anywhere else.

When my dentist retired I was dreading the search for a new dentist. My last search took a couple years. I feel lucky Dr. Cope took over the practice, he's a nice guy and I'm totally happy with the work I've had done so far (root canal, crown, and a couple cavities). I gladly recommend him.

Dr. Austin was amazing! Our daughter chipped both her front teeth in the jacuzzi. We were 5 hours away from home. He came on a Saturday & fixed both her teeth!! They look even better than they did before 🙌🏼 I thank God for him & saving our weekend.

Having a shattered dental implant during rotator cuff surgery was enough to put anyone over the edge... Not just any tooth, but a front tooth!
Dr. Cope did surgery on my gums and removed the remainder of the shattered abutment. He gave me a retainer with a front tooth to wear until he completed the implant repairs. It was 9 long months to endure, but throughout the process, Dr. Cope assured me that I would be smiling again. Today Dr. Cope kept his word. I'm smiling with beautiful, matching front teeth. Not only is Dr. Cope a fabulous and talented dentist, he greets you with a warm handshake and a smile. And his staff are just as skilled, pleasant and courteous. Dr. Cope is also fair with his pricing and payment arrangements. He works with you all the way!

I neglected to see a dentist for twenty + years. I take decent care of my teeth but there was damage occurring under the gum line that I was unaware of. I need several extractions and a deep cleaning, in order to save my teeth. When I was a child I had lots of dental work done and I went through soo much pain. A dentist has been my least favorite place to go.
I searched for two weeks for a dentist that would even take me ( I was told by one dentist that even if they were taking new patient's which they were not, that it would be over two months for an appointment just to get an initial exam.) I was in need of urgent care and in constant excruciating pain. It was very important that I find a dentist who cares enough about their patients and it's skilled enough to make it as painless as possible, knowing I would be enduring lots of overdue dental work and pain.

I read some scary reviews along the way! Stories of incorrect extractions and billing, over booking and not geeting seen at all or just waiting for long periods of time. Or inconsiderate dentists that that treat people poorly and don't care about your thoughts, feelings or how much pain you feel. Using not enough or too much anistetic etc etc. Some horrific stories to say the least!

Then I found Dr Cope!!! First I read reviews about the doctor and his staff. They were very impressive to say the least, but were the reviews real and could I even get an appointment? Only one way to find out. I made the call....
Imediately I was greeted by a very nice woman, who answered all my questions with patience and understanding. She said the had a recent cancelation and they could see in ten days!!!!! I couldn't believe it. I made the appointment. A couple of days prior I received a call confirming my appointment, which is very important to me since I would be driving quite a distance.

The day of my first visit I expected to get an exam and X ray's, then make an appointment to start the necessary work. Instead I walked in the door and saw only a couple people there. The woman at the front desk gave me a clipboard and asked me to fill out the forms. It took about 5 minutes. When I returned it I ask where the rest room was? As soon as I returned to the waiting room a technician was there to kindly escort me to get X-rays. Within about five minutes we finished the fronts and I was asked to follow her to another room with for a full mouth X-ray. That took maybe five more minutes. Then I was returned to the first room where the dentist was already waiting in the room examining my X-rays!

Dr. Cope was very patient and understanding with all my questions and concerns. He went over my options and wanted to know what I wanted in the long term in order to get a solid game plan that I would be happy with. He is very smart and knowledge it seems in all aspects of dentistry including implants that I am personally going to get.
To my surprise he offered to do three extractions that day! I couldn't believe it! I felt very comfortable and I was already impressed with the cleanliness, state of the art equipment and the incredible efficiency of this team, I happily agreed.

Now this is where I was most impressed. I hate needles and getting stuck in me mouth is the absolute worst! Well let me tell you, the technique he used to frist swab with a numbing agent then pinching my cheek and wiggling the syringe while injecting very slowly was all but painless. I needed several shots and he wanted to make absolutely certain that I was properly numb. During the entire procedure the worst I felt was one jab from the needle but it wasn't bad at all.
The extractions went very smoothly, he was gentle but incredibly fast and efficient! It only took 15-20 minutes from the time I got injections until he was finished!

I was completely blown away at every step of the way. This is by far the most efficient, coordinated, and proficiant team of dental staff I have ever experienced. From the first call to the extractions, they know what they're doing and they do it the best I could possibly imagine!

By far wild Creek Dental is the best dental office I've ever been to! The office is very professional and courteous.

Dr. Cope is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, at his profession.

Absolutely blow away with the preformance by this dental office. Receptionists; Christi was so kind and quick to get me back with my nurse and dr. Dental assistant; Tina, i can not say enough wonderful things about for how gentle she was with me and with calming me through the whole process, since i havent been to a dentist in 10-11 years. And Dr. Cope, you will see me again and i hope you take out of state patients because youve left me half not wanting to move because ive finally found a team that is so humble and informative and working for the patients care not another bag of money or numbers under your belt. From the bottom of my heart; thank you so very much Dr. Cope, Tina, and Christi. Ill see you guys at my next appointment!

Edit to add; still a 'frequent flyer' with the new owner Dr. Bray, since Dr. Copes departure and I must say hands down the only place my family will go to. From peds to adult dental care the team here at wildcreek, and especially since being cultivated under Dr. Bray is astonishing. Having a pervious stout fear of medical and dental professionals due to poor interactions in the past have left me rather jaded but since coming to wildcreek and finding such competent and compassionate professionals it's really given me a new outlook on my overall health and wellness. Thank you so much wildcreek !

I am someone who is TERRIFIED of the dentist. Since I was a kid getting me to a simple cleaning is like.... pulling teeth. 🤪 I am so overly impressed with the staff at Wildcreek Dental and Dr. Cope. Everyone was very genuine, the environment was calm and binge watching Netflix on the ceiling TV throughout the 2 hour procedure was a major bonus. I highly recommend, especially to anyone who suffers from dental anxiety. The only dental office I would give a 10/10.... and I have been to A LOT!
