Prior coming to this dentist I called to make sure that they accepted my insurance, I have insurance from 2 different companies. The receptionist said "We submit to all insurance companies". This is an exact quote which she not only told me, but I heard her tell someone else while sitting in the waiting room. Once I get there she tells me that they only accept the insurance from one of my providers. Since I was already there and my daughter was already with the dentist I just sat there and waited for her to be done. Then the dentist tells me that my daughter needs a tooth pulled and it will be about $4500 and my insurance only covers half. Had they told me that they didn't accept one of my insurances prior to me wasting my time going there I could have gone somewhere that accepted both of my insurance companies and paid nothing. Then her assistant says, well we are going to have to pull the wisdom tooth too and the dentist says "Ya, that would be a good idea"...really, the assitant had to tell the dentist what to do? Next, I received a bunch of text messages telling me to confirm my daughter's next appointment. When I called them they told me that they tried calling me but my number was disconnected. Really, my number was disconnected but I still received your text messages? First they played "bait and switch" and then they lied to my face. I do not recommend this dentist at all.
