I especially like that much of the staff has been there for a long time. Kendra has performed my cleanings and assisted in many of my dental procedures over that time. I had a cleaning done here for the first time. Service was quick and efficient. The room was comfortable (not freezing cold) and the water used was not musty-tasting like every other place I've been :) The people seemed interested in building a relationship with me, and addressing any issues I had. The only thing I didn't like was being spammed with reminders to leave a review, but to be honest, I'd have forgotten to otherwise.
