I broke a tooth and, after being told by two dental offices I would have to wait for an appointment for several weeks, North Country took me in the next day. The office is friendly, positive and professional, and I could not be happier with the dentist. He identified the problem, recommended an oral surgeon for the extraction, and had the xray sent over.. Three days later it had all been taken care of. And, since it has been a number of years since I've been to the dentist, he gave me a written plan with costs laid out. No scolding, just upbeat encouragement. Excellent!

I had my first visit with North Country Dental in February of 2018. I absolutely loved the staff. I had a great time! But furthermore, I felt my teeth were very well taken care of. They took their time to do my evaluation, and to discuss questions and concerns with me thoroughly. I really appreciated everyone from the front desk, to dental assistant, to dentist, to hygienist.
Though I've only had one visit, I certainly plan to make many more!
Visit 2 for a filling done. Awesome experience, again. Had fun, and had no physical discomfort at all. Well done.

My experience at North Country Dental as a newcomer was excellent. Staff, dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist were all professional, caring, friendly, thorough with my exam and procedures and were great listeners. All of my concerns were addressed and was even given the opportunity to try new treatments. This dentistry business is the premier dental office in the North Country!

I love everyone at NCD! Lori does such an amazing job on my cleanings. She’s super gentle and thorough and also really good with kids! Dr. Hartlzer and his assistant Kris are great! Always happy with the care I receive not only for myself but for my kids as well. Highly recommend NCD!

I have always been afraid of the dentist, bad experience as a young child. Dr Mark has always put me at ease, been very patient and allowed me to make decisions in an informed way. Christy, the hygienist is positive, cheerful and most importantly gentle. The office staff are polite,and very pleasant , even going as far as dragging out a portable heater this morning when they noticed i was in the lobby with my coat on.
They even have an esthetician on site for facials, botox and procedures involving waxing..
I thoroughly recommend them over others I have tried in the area..

This was not my first time in a dentist chair by any means but this was my second time seeing
Dr. Jackson. The first was for a new patient exam and today was to have some needed restoration done and I was never more relaxed from start to finish and there was never a hint of pain or discomfort. A professional dentist she is and has an outstanding personality that can put a smile on a face but try not to smile when she has her hands in your mouth. She knows exactly what she is doing without a doubt. I’m looking forward to my next visit. The combination of her and her assistant made my day and I left with a bigger smile than when I into the procedure room.

Great experience from the arrival to check out. Dr.Shoenbeck is a gentle and thorough dentist. He is very knowledgeable about his field, and provides excellent advice catered to the individual. If you are not a patient, you would do well to check it out. I never knew dental care could be so good.
