Well had my appointment today to have my tooth pulled. I was nervous and anxious as i walked in knowing what was gonna happen. Greeted by jennifer and she was wonderful checked me in and told me they would be right with me. No sooner did i sit down than melanie came to get me. She was great happy pleasant to talk to. They work their magic just talking to them seems to set me at ease. Melanie ( hope i spelled her name correctly), got me prepped and had everything dr jackson would need ready. They had a heavy blanket on hand to help me feel comfortable with my anxiety and it seemed to help thank you. Dr Jackson is amazing. Thank you again Dr Jackson. That tooth wasn't going without a fight, and you and melanie made sure my comfort was your top priority. So so glad i made the decision to come to North Country Dental. Best wishes for you Dr Jackson on your upcoming wedding and honeymoon. Im looking forward to future visits with everyone at North Country Dental.

Great Service! I was worried of a possible root canal in one of my tooth. However, Dr. Mark was able to fill it all up. The filling save me money and worries. I recommend North Country Dental for anyone local or distant.

The office staff is always nice, efficient and professional. I had a new hygienist, which could have been a concern, but she was competent, thorough and gentle. I’ll continue to use NCD.

Great 1st visit. North Country was able to fit me into their schedule the same day on a Friday afternoon after chipping 1 of my teeth. Everyone was positive and friendly which made my situation alot better. I left the dentist feeling alot better and more informed of my current situation and was provided with detailed options. I will definatley reffer my friends.

Lost a filling. Called for appt. Was told Dr. JACKSON has an opening at 3. Came at 2:45 for paperwork. Saw tech at about 3;15. Took more paper work. Told that tooth could not be repaired until 2 weeks. Surprise!! Never saw Dentist. 1 star for nice offices. Complained to sweet office manager who said this is the way we do things here. First appt must be a getting to know you session.
They expected me to live with a missing filling for 2 weeks? No offer to work me into schedule somehow. Too bad as they were all pleasant, but stuck to the wrong understanding about patient's needs vs. THE SYSTEM.
