Dr. Hugh's Dental PC

Dr Hugh was great and so was the dental hygienist. It was overall a very good experience. I cannot complain about the service. I will return, if I can afford it.

The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I was charged $465.00 for an exam with no x-rays and a teeth cleaning. That same service in Idaho, where I lived recently, would have been less than half the cost. I cannot understand how that price is reasonable to anyone. When you are going to charge someone $350.00 hour, don't you have an obligation to tell them before you start the work?

I moved to the north country a number of years ago to be closer to family. For four plus years I traveled to the south shore of Boston four times per year, at approx 5 hours, one way, each time. I had been a patient of my perfectionist dentist there for 20+ years and wasn’t about to give him up now. I was sure no one could compare to my MA dentist. But alas, that commute began to wear thin. I did some research and decided to ‘start’ w Dr. Hugh having pretty low expectations. Boy, was I in for a pleasant surprise! Dr. Hugh’s competence, cheerfulness and manner are second to none. His entire staff mirrors the same. The respectfulness of the staff, not only to clients, but to each other, is rare to find in this day and age. If you desire excellence of care in a state of the art dental office, look no further. Dr. Hugh’s Dental will exceed your expectations.

Dr Hugh's Dental has been incredible to work with. Easy to work with scheduling(even if they are booked heavily). They are extremely friendly and helpful. It has been a wonderful experience working with this dental clinic. My wife and I couldn't be more satisfied for their service, punctuality, and customer care.

Everyone in the office goes out their way to make going to the dentist as pleasurable as they can. Dr. Hugh’s is so professional, gentle and kind. The care given is always above and beyond!! Thank you to Dr Hugh and his entire staff for always making me feel like a priority.

I can’t say enough about the service and people at Dr Hugh’s. I recently contacted them with what I thought was a dental emergency. Tamra worked to find me an appointment that fit my schedule and the entire staff stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. The access to this type of care is what makes them leaders in their field and why I choose to drive an hour each way to see them.

I also chose to undergo the Solea Sleep treatment that they offer for snoring. Super simple procedure with very little discomfort and a noticeable positive difference. This kind of state of the art treatment is delivered by a knowledgable and caring staff. Im very pleased about the care I receive here and have recommended Dr Hugh to many of my friends.

I can unreservedly give them the highest marks for service, professionalism and knowledge. We are fortunate to have a team like Dr Hugh’s Dental in Littleton.

Please be up front about the cost. There are people who cannot afford surprise bills like these. I understand dental costs are rising but you have a responsibility to your patients to prepare them. Exam, X-rays, and a filling cost us $1030. We were charged nothing on the first visit since they were going to submit it to insurance, but they also didn't tell us the cost. When we returned for the filling we were shocked to find we owed over $600. Later we received a bill for another $200+. The bill comes with a warning that we will be charged 1.5% if we don't pay by the specified date with a minimum charge of $20, which would actually be about 10% in our case. Everything about the visit was extremely positive, but the shocking bills and lack of warning made the whole experience an upsetting one that we would not repeat or recommend to others.

Dr. Hugh and his team are the best! They are all very friendly, knowledgeable and very competent! I loved the new laser service! I highly recommend Dr.Hugh with his unparalleled expertise.
