The Dentist's, hygienists and technicians are really excellent at My Dentist and very thorough treating you .
The office staff is very good at helping you with your insurance coverage and working to accommodate your schedule for visits. They also are pleasant and prompt resolving an issue whether on the phone or in person.

When you first walk in it feels like a soft soothing atmosphere. Sort of like a spa. The staff is personable and friendly. I did not feel rushed like my old dentist. They pushed you in and out so fast. At mydentist the whole experience was pleasant. Unlike everyone else, I want to go back to the dentist!

My son is 17 years old and has dealt with teeth problems since they came in. In August Dr Mehdi put in a BEAUTIFUL prosthetic bridge. It was amazing to see my son's confidence reappear. He smiled in pictures and seemed more social. Well, last weekend, he noticed it was loose. Dr Mehdi was great at getting him on the schedule and getting it sent out to fix as quickly as possible. They have been absolutely WONDERFUL. There is no other dentist I trust more then Dr Mehdi. I really puts his patients first. Thank you so much for being flexible.

It is important to give credit where credit is due. I went to "My Dentist", in Londonderry, this morning for a filling. My top back tooth had a hole in the side of it and this, to me, is the worst cavity I would probably ever have needing to be filled. The care I received from Dr. Danielle Miskulin and the rest of the group at My Dentist was second to none. The process was truly painless and my nerves were calmed by the care I received. I have been to a dozen or so different dentists, and the team at MyDentist is superior to them all. They are not judgemental, (I may have gone a decade or two without regular dentist visits), and perform quality work. They have fixed shoddy repairs by other dentists, and they do it all with virtually no pain. I am a baby when it comes to tooth pain, and I know I am in good hands with them. Dr. Wei did a root canal for me, and it was not the nightmare I had anticipated. Priscilla did a fantastic job cleaning and Dr. Miskulin always takes care of my problems. Kudos!

Fabulous! As a mom of a sensory child I can't say enough about how patient and helpful Priscilla was with him. She answered his questions and explained everything in a way that he could understand. She didn't speak at him but spoke to him as a person. She offered suggestions to him on how to help with his struggles and followed his "cues" of comfort level. The office staff is also extremely kind and thoughtful. Love their involvement with the community.
