My Dentist

I came here in April 2018 to have two fillings done after they discovered two small cavities during my 6 month cleaning. One of those fillings were incorrectly shaped, I returned and the owner worked on it. Again, the cavity wasn’t done properly. I had no pain issues with this tooth before they said that there was a cavity and there wasn’t a cavity 6 months prior..

I was still having pain when I chewed on that side. I informed Kim, their office manager, and she said that I should just come back in to have it worked on again. Well, after having the owners wife first try and then the owner, I had no faith in them actually being able to repair the issue so I went to another dentist. They had to drill out the filling and refill it. No issues since.

I told Kim that I didn’t think it was fair to have to pay for a filling that wasn’t done properly twice and so her response was to send my bill to collections. I’m willing to pay for the correctly filled tooth, but not for the other.

I’ll also be filing a consumer complaint with the NH Attorney Generals Office.

I'm so grateful for the high quality, professional care Dr Mehdi's office gives my 53 yr old smile. From Hannah's bright, shining face greeting me, to the ancillary staff of hygienists today (Nicole & Melissa)...his office runs like a well oiled machine. There's rarely ever a wait & everyone is so attentive & personable. In particular today, Nicole addressed all my needs. I brought up a concern about the tooth in front of the one being crowned & she was quick to bring my concerns to the doctor. Dr Mehdi assessed the tooth & offered a less expensive solution to recrowning. Melissa took her time numbing the area, checking frequently on how I was doing. Nicole also spent time with me determining the shading of the crown being placed so my smile would have a very natural appearance. Knowing they are the professionals, I left that decision up to Dr Mehdi & Nicole...I trust their judgement. Most folks hate going to the dentist & I'm no different by this crew makes the experience fun while still remaining very professional. Nicole, you are a joy to have picking, prodding & poking in my mouth. Haha. Thank you all, Dr Mehdi, Hannah, Nichole & Melissa, for the exceptional high quality care y'all gave on this particular visit. I'm grateful. God bless...Dorothy Shannon

Dr. Mehdi helped me make the best choices for my dental health and appearance. I am greatly impressed with the high degree of skill, professionalism and caring of the entire staff of this office.

Recent appointment for a second crown - Nicole and Dr. Mehdi provide expert procedures and are very positive about the experience. Both Nicole and Dr.Medhi show compassion and humor and make sure that I was comfortable and pain free. Dr Medhi provided additional care by filling a cavity on a nearby tooth so that I would not need to return. Nicole ensured that I understood how to care for my tooth until the permanent crown is completed. I am happy that the office will be moving to a new location so they can have more space and convenient location. I will look forward to my next visit to Dr Medhi and his staff particularly Hannah , Kim and Nicole.

Couldn’t be happier with My Dentist. The staff is really kind and do a great job in making sure you are comfortable. I was always hesitant to go to the dentist, but Dr. Mehdi and his team have really changed my perception.

Dr. Medhi is very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs as a patient, both in terms of high quality of work and cost consciousness. His hygienists and assistants are awesome too, especially Karah and Nicole, both of whom did work on my mouth. I recommended Dr. Medhi to my mother and my husband.

The staff at My Dentist were very pleasant and helpful for my appointment . Joyce my dental assistant was kind and considerate and made sure i was satisfied and content with the work they did that day.

I used to find every excuse I could to avoid the dentist. Until I found these guys. They make it a great easy experience every time I go in. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to vt to know you on a personal level. I absolutely love Priscilla she's very good at what she does. I recommend My dentist to everyone I can.

I love Dr. Medhi. I've been going to him for a couple of years now since Dr. Krefting left the practice. Not only does he have a great personality and really puts you at ease, he is highly skilled at what he does. He did an excellent job putting a crown on my tooth, much better than crowns put on by other dentists and he is a perfectionist. He won't let you leave the chair unless it's perfect and you are 100% satisfied. He also guarantees his work. The office staff has always been very helpful and accomodating, and always makes me feel like a valued customer/patient, especially Kim. I highly recommend this practice.
