Great dental practice now that the prior staffing issues have settled down. Dr. Najem is wonderful, the front office is very efficient and friendly, and the hygienists are topnotch. We’re almost left this practice when Dr. Felt retired, but we’re very happy with all aspects of this office now.

I've been very lucky and have had only a few issues with my teeth requiring medical care, so choosing an office isn't based upon a specific dentist but rather the staff and dental hygienists. While there have been changes in both at this practice especially over the last few years, the continuity of care overall (along with the familiarity of a face or two behind the front desk) has been there - and that's what I look for. Though there are several dentists closer to my home, I will continue to make the trek to Mondovi Dental in Meredith twice a year.

I am new to the area and didn't have a dentist. I broke a crown and couldn't find any dentist that could take me. So I saw that Monroe Dental had very good ratings and decided to give them a call. Now I get why they had such a good rating from so many people! They found a way to fit me in within a few days. They were very nice and very caring in the office and the dentist did a Wonderful job!!! So grateful to these people!!! Thank You all So Much!!!

Desperately needed extraction. Doctor Najam was wonderful about explaining current and future needs. Worked with me. Very gentle. Extraction piece of cake. It's as if nothing happened. Next morning now and feels perfectly normal. Amazing what a great dentist can do!
