Mondovi Dental

Despite the fact that I have been a career hygienist, I am petrified of having dental work done to me. Dr. Najem and his assistant were professional and kind got me through a long a difficult procedure with care and expertise. I'm retiring soon but will continue to come back to this office for my dental care.

A crown popped off just before a flight to California. Mondavi Dental responded immediately. Upon return they fit me into the schedule and Dr. Najem expertly reattached the crown. I couldn't be happier with my experiences at Mondavi Dental.

Starting from my first Hello at check in, the staff was very nice and helpful. Dr Nagem is kind, gentle and caring. He answered all my questions and I am grateful to have found such a great practice!

Dr. Felt is the best dentist I have ever had. He always explains what he's doing, and is very patient and thorough in answering any questions. The whole staff is very professional and friendly. They all work together to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

When Dr. Felt and his crew were in charge, it was a great dentist. Since he left everything has gone downhill. I spent an entire week calling because I broke a tooth and got an answering machine each time. I finally got in to get a temporary crown put on and they told me to call if it fell off and they would put it back on. I had the misfortune to have it fall off on a Friday. I have called and left 4 messages on the emergency number which goes straight to voicemail and 3 days later, no call back. Meanwhile I have excruciating nerve pain in the ground off tooth. I called the main number and left three messages. SAVE YOURSELF - go somewhere else. I am seeking a new dentist as fast as I can.

After two years of braces and many years of basic dental maintenance, I can officially say that this is the best office I've ever been to. Dr. Felt is an amazing person and dentist and always does an outstanding job. He got me through my two years of braces with the help of his fantastic assistant Wendy. I could not be happier with the service and results I get from Meredith Dental and would not be satisfied with anyone else.

I want to thank Nancy, hygienist, for her kind and professional manner. Her many years of experience was obvious as she answered my questions. I will ask for her by name next time!

Dr. Omeler had big shoes to fill after Dr. Felt’s retirement! I am happy to say she has filled his shoes nicely. I’ve had three appointments with her since she joined and I have never felt rush. She is patient and kind - very important for me as a scaredy-cat with lots of questions!

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Felt and his team near me for my dental work. Their office is beautiful, all the staff are great, and Dr. Felt is
very good at what he does. I couldn't ask for a more professional and efficient dentist.

My favorite thing about Meredith Dental is the staff. Everyone is wonderful at making me feel comfortable when I'm at office. As soon as you walk in everyone is all smiles and asks how your day is. The atmosphere makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable!

Do not go here if you are a nervous dental patient. I admit I am not the easiest dental patient. I squirm like no ones business, and I can't help it. But the dental assistant here did not help me by shaming me, telling me it would all be easier if I did x y and z, telling the dentist that I am a "maniac" and I "need Valium". I am not great in the chair, but it is their job to deal with folks who have a hard time at the dentists. They were unprofessional, judgemental and flat out rude. Dr. Felt is kind, which is why this is 2 and not 1 stars, but I was shocked at the treatment I received from the dental assistant.
