I used to go to Aspen Dental and the vibe and service and staff were a whole other world compared to Advanced Family Dentistry. It’s like visiting family - you look forward to seeing them and catching up. They do phenomenal work and are supportive and work with you on payment plans and flexible scheduling. The team remember specific details about you and your personal life which makes you feel special and not just another number or case for them. I truly love the team and try to refer everyone I know to go there!!

My first experience was positive but this changed after my recent experience with their front desk. After some back and forth with them and insurance, I had an appointment set up to do some dental work. They called to confirm and I received the voicemail. Called back and left them a message asking them to give me a call back. No response. Call again morning of they said I'm all set just come in.didnt go over things with me. So I assumed there wasnt any issues and we would do what insurance would cover then talk about the rest after.they inform me I'd be getting some fillings. Then after theyre finished they dropped the bombshell that I owe $770. I would've liked a heads up or time to figure out payment plans, a place to find cheaper work if
w as gonna have to pay a substantial amount out of pocket. I dont think it was cool how they just went ahead and did that without filling me in about the cost breakdown . I switched dentists immediately andd came up with a more affordable plan to get the rest of the work done

Fantastic experience! Called at 9:30am about a chipped tooth and they were able to book me an appt for 10:30 same day. I was in and out in 30 mins with a perfect fix! Could not be happier!

I've been coming here for years. I had Dr England and he was great. When the new person came in I was nervous about coming. But once I came in she was great. She listened to everything I said and she was gentle. If you want some one like this this is the place to go. They are great.

The entire staff is extremely friendly, and they really look out for their patients needs. Some of them have worked there the entire time that we’ve been going. They live up to their name “family“.
