Worst place to ever go.... I had scheduled the standard teeth cleaning which is covered by the insurance at 100% twice every year and this was my first one this year. I had made sure that it would be all covered by the insurance at 100% before I scheduled my appointment and the staff over there had also acknowledged the same before my cleaning started and then later they send me a bill of $50 and when I called the clinic asking about the bill, this rude lady named Wendy at the front desk starts lying and telling me that I was told that a full mouth cleaning would be required and I would have to pay $50 which is a lie and she said to me that if I din't pay the bill, they will send it to collection. Go ahead and do whatever you want. Stop playing around with patients. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE..

Response from the owner - "We have no control over Insurance deductibles". I guess they don't get the whole point here or maybe problem understanding English here. This review is not about deductibles but its about telling a lie to the patient that this is a free service which would be covered as a part of the standard cleaning and then charging them for it which is not fair. Like I said, do what you want, you will not get the $50

I moved to NH with my husband and was looking for a dentist closer to our new home. I did a quick Google search and saw already good reviews for Advanced Family Dentistry so I gave it a go. I arrived and didn't have my dental insurance and they were so patient and helpful while I got the information I needed. Heather was my hygienist and it was like talking with a friend she was so kind and helpful explaining all the things she was doing and telling me about the health of my teeth ("awesome"). She made some suggestions about a concern I had too. She was so thorough and gentle. Dr. Praveena was great as well, checking my concern and keeping an eye out for the health of some former fillings. Everyone I encountered here was just so personable and friendly. After I was done I made my next appointment and one for my husband. I'm so glad to have found our new dentist! Thank you!

I’m nurse. Dr.Bhat is excellent. Great dentist and priced very fairly. Staff was excellent as well.

Do not go here at all. If there was an option to give less than a star, I would choose that.
Praveena Bhat is not at all welcoming or pleasant. It seems like she is doing a favor on her patients. I had taken my wife for a general checkup and the doctor barely opened her mouth to speak. She was not at all friendly or interactive during the checkup. Worst experience ever. Also, I had scheduled the standard teeth cleaning for my wife which is supposed to covered by the insurance completely and this was her first cleaning this year. Are you serious? They dint even mention that the full mouth cleaning would be at an additional cost. No practice can do any special procedures without the consent of the patient and also without educating what the out of pocket expense would be. WORST PLACE. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

Had my teeth cleaned, and it had been sometime since my last cleaning. Believe it or not, it was a pleasurable experience. The technician, so sorry forgot her name, was extremely nice, and made me feel at ease. Thank you!

I just want say thank you so much for this Great team at Advanced Family Dentist ! I went with my husband to check his tooth ,because he had some pain and Jesse ,the Dentist and all the staff were very professional, attentive and very polite with us ! Thank you ! We really recommend Them !God bless !

great practice, great staff...very friendly. Dr. Bhat works with her patients in getting best care possible and explaining everything that needs doing and not just doing it as she feels in the best interest of her and what she will be getting. I have had dentist who did just that I was apprehensive to go but she came highly recommend and Im still ecstatic with my visit...thank you Dr Bhat and staff at Avanced Family Dental

I called multiple places due to wisdom teeth severe headache. My coworker recommended Advanced family dentistry and they got me scheduled for the following day. Dr. Praveena and her staff took an X-ray and was able to remove my wisdom teeth. I am so pleased with their service and will continue to go there for my dental work. Highly recommended.
